  1. Strange and unfortunate; I wanted to check this mod's page to see the many things it was DOING to my game.
  2. In response to post #24601489. #24601644, #24601719, #24601884, #24601969, #24602009, #24602079, #24602239 are all replies on the same post. Dark0ne's explaining it/defending his stance here.

You're saying you just found out about the service providers thing? Let's take a step back, do a little more research, and let hurt feelings subside. Even if nexus is being a bit hypocritical (and I'm not saying they are), attacking them is not the thing to do right now. Let's just focus on mods not getting stolen and supporting those anxious modders who are hiding their mods out of fear.
  4. In response to post #24601489. "We?" Please, speak for yourself...
  5. Not sure how much you know about PCs, so forgive me if I go into details that you already know. Just covering all the basis, since you asked... Awesome, this will help me so much :D I think it's time for an upgrade! Finally beginning to understand these things. Thank you very much.
  6. 1. Fiiiiiine... 2. I know nothing of graphics cards. What am I supposed to be looking for? Any links you can send me that give me the basics cause... I just see a bunch of numbers. I have suspected it was my graphic card for quite a while now. 3. Yep. 4. I'll try it. 5. Oooh... if I'm trekking across Skyrim... maybe every 10-20 minutes? 6. Crap, "I am not permitted to upload this kind of file." Also thanks for responding, I feel sort of hopeless trying to figure out technology on my own.
  7. I wouldn't be posting anything if I hadn't run out of ideas... I've run out of ideas. My problem? CTD's. Outdoors. Random. Frustrating. The game runs fine with no stuttering as far as I can tell. It just crashes. Load Order: Yeah... that's... a lot of mods... *I'm also using Fake Fullscreen (did a clean uninstall a few months back and wow did FFS give me problems, when uninstalling, that is. I use it as I have problems with microstuttering when in first person). *Uninstalled SkyTest recently. Hopefully did it right. *Uninstalled Wet and Cold recently. *Uninstalled Skybirds recently. I try to stay away from Boss. Reproccer always runs it, and I always have to go in and change things back cause... yeah. Last few crashes that happened: 1. Outside Forbear's Hideout during the Dawnguard questline. Kept crashing when I'd try to walk away from the area. Fast traveled to Solitude safely. It was raining. 2. **NEW SAVE** Didn't have Frostfall, Hunterborn, RND, mods like that, none of those were started from MCM. I just was wandering around as a Forwsorn getting in some target practice. Turned enemy AI off. Neared "The Bird's Eye" (either added or edited by Interesting Npc's) in the Solitude region. Was shooting some Thalmor and sniping some Dawnguard when crash. (3. The area around Morthal gives me problems. Damn swamp...) When I have Frostfall running I'm often getting the "your game took longer to update that it should have cause your scripts are slow". I don't know much about my pc (my dad just sorta told me, yes, this is a computer for gaming) so if you need more info just lmk: PC SPECS: i7-3770 CPU @ 3.40 GHz 12.0 GB RAM Windows 7 64-bit AMD Radeon HD 7450 Also, I have Papyrus Script Logging on but... I have no idea how to read that. Most of it's just yelling at me for uninstalling SkyBirds. Help would be superextraultra appreciated. I've tried everything I feel safe trying. The random CTD's are killing me. On the bright side, my save files don't seem to be corrupted, so I hopefully haven't lost a character. It's probably not save bloating... But what do I know? If anyone needs any more information, I'm more than happy to provide it (.ini files or anything like that). Thank you so much!
  8. So a lot of people use Project ENB. This will have been my first time using any ENB. Basically it borks my game. I've installed Climates of Tamriel and have a few questions about that as well. I see this when using/trying to use Project ENB. http://farm8.staticflickr.com/7317/10126957856_a81e687fb7_m.jpg W.T.F. My mansion just got a hella lot less pretty. I've tried using both the Injector Version and the Wrapper version. I already had a d3d9.dll in my Skyrim folder. I don't know which mod put it there. So I tried the Injector version. I've changed my .ini settings, I've followed Gopher's instructions, all that jazz. So what's the problem? When I start up the game I not only experience that ^ but lag. Lot's of lag. More lag then I think any ENB should ever cause. I'm doing my best to understand all the tech speak I'm reading off forums and it's all just not working out. I fear I've downright broken my game. So basically: 1. What do I do to fix this? I would really like to run this ENB and I have no clue what I could've done wrong. 2. Is there anyway to find out where my d3d9.dll came from in the first place? 3. Is CoT working? It sounds stupid but I can't tell. They say to wait 24 in game hours. Will the new weather and what not appear by simply playing for 24 in game hours? Any help would be amazing. I'm seriously scared I'll have to redo everything. I'll do my best to give as many details as possible, but easy with the tech talk. I've been trying to "pretty up" my game and... I've been messing up immensely. (Ha, never gonna try to change uGrids again O__O) Please, please help.
