I have a very good work around for you: Use Fraps in combination with the tools supplied in the link below. http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=31930 That's what I use and it works without problems. It does save screenshots in .bmp format, but the link I gave you supplies you with a bmp->jpg converter that does the work for you. (It's not the fastest nor slow, but you don't have to do it manually!) This work around also makes you able to turn on anti-aliasing, again since it doesn't use Oblivion's screenshot system.
