  1. The Stormcloak wolf is from the Skyrim Immersive Creatures mod.
  2. In response to post #10492771. Okay, thanks for clarifying that. But, will scripted mods, like FWE - FO3 Wanderer's Edition or Project Nevada, be installable through NMM?
  3. In response to post #10447490. What about scripted mods, like Fallout 3 Script Extender?
  4. Will the new NMM support the Fallout 3 and Fallout New Vegas mods?
  5. I can't log in on the Nexus, I can only log in on the forums. Also I can't locate the English version of Skyrim Immersive Creatures.
  6. When I first started playing Skyrim on PC I used an accessory called the CyberSnipa, which is a USB accessory for FPS games. It literally puts all of the most important buttons at your fingertips, such as movement, inventory access, shouts, etc. But, later on I bought the game Rage for PC, and during the driving portion of the game, I found that the CyberSnipa was not all it was cracked up to be, so the next day I went to Best Buy and bought a LogiTech gamepad. I still use the CyberSnipa because a good majority of the games I have that I bought on Steam, are not compatible with a Controller. But for Skyrim, Rage, and a few others, I use the gamepad.
  7. Next to SkyUI, the unofficial patches are a must. It really surprised me when I loaded up my game after adding the patches. A bunch of stuff got fixed and a bunch of stuff got changed. For example, some of the clothing items now have names, whereas before, they had no names at all.
  8. When I play either Fallout 3 or Fallout New Vegas, I like to travel with all of my aid items. I want to do the same thing with the potions in Skyrim, but they have weight. I'm looking for a mod that removes the weight from all potions. I'm also looking for a mod that removes weight from quest items. If someone can point me in the right direction, that would be great.
  9. Well, it's not causing any problems, so I'm not going to worry about it right now. If problems start cropping up, then I'll address it. Anyway, it's kindda cool having a Khajiit hanging around Jorvasker. That's the list of mods I have, not the Load Order. I have thirty-four mods installed and it would take me a long time to list them. Anyway, it's not causing any problems, so I'm not going to worry about it right now. If problems start cropping up, then I'll address it. Anyway, it's kindda cool having a Khajiit hanging around Jorvasker. Edit: Okay, I found the mod this NPC is associated with. He's associated with the Skyforge Steel Armor mod, which is number 29 in my Load Order. He's a hidden NPC that the mod author included. Okay, mystery solved.
  10. I'm curious myself TBH. The 28th mod in my load order is called Dragonhood.esp. Not sure what that is. I tried locating it on the Nexus but there were no results. The info listed on the right of the load order only shows: Dragonhood.esp Author: Defualt Masters: Skyrim.esm There's no further info. Here's a list of the mods I've downloaded and am currently running: 35Th Nightingale -- Wanderer Armor with Scarf A Matter of Time aMidianBorn Book of Silence - Armors aMidianBorn Book of Silence - Creatures aMidianBorn Book of Silence - Unique Items aMidianBorn Book of Silence - Weapons aMidianBorn Textures for Immersive Armors & Lore-Friendly Armor Pack Convenient Horses Crossbows Basic Collection Diamond Armor Smithing Diamond Weapon Smithing Heart of the Beast - Werewolf Sound and Texture Overhaul Hoods Immersive Armors Immersive Weapons Leather Armors Light Armor Hoods Pack Nightingale Crossbow Plate Hoods Pack Portable Campsite Predator Vision - Vampire Werewolf and Khajiit Run for Your Lives Shrouded Armor - True Assassin Silver Crossbow Skyforge Steel Armors SkyUI The Dance Of Death - A Killmove mod The Paarthurnax Dilemma When Vampires attack
  11. I was honestly looking forward to this game, then I heard that there would be a monthly fee attached to it. Sorry, but I'm gonna have to pass on this one. Now, if they come up with an option to pay for a full year instead of a monthly fee, and that yearly fee is at a reasonable price, then I might reconsider.
  12. Yesterday, while I was completing the the Companions quest line, I ran across a Khajiit hanging around Jorvasker. I'd never seen him before so I went online to the Elder Scrolls wiki, and looked for him there, nothing. No info, no nothing. Thinking he might be part of a mod, I fired up my PS3 copy of Skyrim to confirm this, ran around Jorvasker, and never found him. Below is the most basic info I got just from looking at him: Name: Filius Gladius Race: Khajiit Gender: Male Equipment: Steel Armor(w/pauldrons) Steel Cuffed Boots Steel Horned Helmet Steel Nordic Gauntlets Skyforge Steel Battleaxe. Funny thing is though he doesn't sound like a character that was added via mod. The voice sounds like it was recorded using the stuff Bethesda uses for voice recording. I'm not sure if he was part of the Chompanions questline or not, but the PS3 version shows that he is not part of the vanilla game. I'm just wondering if anyone else came across this, or if I'm the only one. Note: I don't have a way of screen capping this.
  13. Okay, I use FallOut Mod Manager for my Fallout mods, so could I add the merged patch to my load order via FOMM instead of NMM?
  14. Okay, I have no idea how to operate FNVEdit, and I don't want to accidentally click on the wrong thing and either screw up my game or the mods. I have no idea how to do a merge patch. I don't even know what that is.
  15. No, it doesn't crash at start up. The game launches normally, I select continue at the main menu, it gets to the loading screen, and just stays there for a really long time. I'd be gone for ten minutes or longer, I'd come back, and it's still on the loading screen. I'll go ahead and tick off Electro City (it was a pain in the butt to get that working in the first place) and I'll tick off the Strip Entrance (it makes the Strip entrance look so much better) and see what happens. Update: So I went ahead and unchecked both Electro City and the Strip Entrance. I still see NPCs in Electro City Engineer jumpsuits. I went ahead and removed FOOK v1-12 SE and replaced it with FOOK v1-12 ESMs and ReadMes. Now, I've encountered a new problem. I was standing inside the Camp McCarran terminal, and then I went outside and found all members of the 1st Recon team had no cloths on. Even Major Dhatri was walking around with no cloths on. Not only that, but his head and neck were white, and he had a different face. Not sure what happened. All I did was change FOOK Slim Edition for FOOK ESMs and ReadMes.
  16. I'm still having loading issues. The game was working fine yesterday, now today, I can't get the game to load. Also, I did not add the version numbers for the NV Interior mod because the version numbers are not consistent. The version number listed below the images is 1.5, however, the version numbers for the Combo edition and Core are 1.3(Combo Edition) and 1.8(Core). This does not seem right to me. I was also having the small issue of BOSS not recognizing Fallout New Vegas. I was able to correct this problem by running New Vegas from the Steam Launcher instead of FOMM. Now BOSS recognizes Fallout New Vegas. Also, BOSS is telling me two things: First, it's informing me that there are some dirty edits in DM, HH, OWB, LR, and GRA. I'm not sure how to correct these problems. Second, under the Summary tab it's posting this message in a yellow box "Warning: An update for BOSS (v2.1.1) has been released. Download it at http://code.google.com/p/better-oblivion-sorting-software/downloads/list". The thing is that I'm running BOSS v2.1.1. And I'm getting this message when I have BOSS switched over to Skyrim. It didn't do that before. I have v2.1.1 so I don't know what's going on. I would really like some help or suggestions from people who have used one or any of the mods I have listed above, but any help would be great. When posting your suggestions or help, please do so with the understanding that I've only been playing around with mods since last month. I don't have the experience that many of you have. Thank you.
  17. I'm looking for a mod that does two things: 1. Nerf's the amount of damage a Cazadore does to you (SOB's tear through your armor like it was tissue paper, even on Very Easy) and changes it so the poison damage is randomized instead of poison damage happening on the first hit.
  18. Not removing the Strip Entrance mod. All that does is add an exterior structure to the entrance to the strip. Thanks for the suggestion, but I'd really like some advice from someone who's used at least some of the mods I'm using or is familiar with the mods I'm using. And as you've already indicated on a thread you started, you've not used any of these mods. Again, thankyou for the suggestion.
  19. I'm having a simliar issue as well. The game will run fine for a few minutes, I'll be able to wander around for a bit, then when I go to a new area like say Freeside or the Strip, the game CTDs on me. 20. I'm having trouble getting New Vegas to run. Earlier it was fine, but when I went to exit onto the Strip from the Lucky 38, New Vegas CTD'd on me. I let it sit for a while before starting it up again. I managed to get as far as the gate near the King's School of Impersonation before the game CTD'd on me as I went through the gate. Now, it's taking way longer than it should to load up. It listed 28 plugins as recognized, 3 plugins were unrecognized, 0 inactive plugins, 31 plugins total. In the Recognized Plugins tab, I saw that the .esm's for DM, HH, OWB, LR, and GRA, all had a "Contains dirty edits" line underneath them. It recommends cleaning them, but I have no clue as to how to do that. It says FNVEdit is needed for cleaning, but I have no idea how to use that program. I'm kindda hosed here until I can get this sorted out. Any help or suggestions would be great. Thanks.
  21. I'm having some really slow loading issues. The slow load time is worse than it was yesterday. It would take about 5 minutes for the game to load. But now, it's taking way longer. I've had to restart my laptop pc twice just so I could get back to the desktop. Is there any way to cut short the load time?
  22. Okay, thanks for the info. I managed to fix the problem, but now I have a new issue. Not a really big issue, but more of an annoyance. When I look at the Shrouded Armor in my inventory, it has the normal vanilla textures, which are red and black. However, when I equip the armor, it looks like the armor in the mod. For some odd reason that I haven't figured out, I can't download mods via NMM. I have to download them manually, then activate them through NMM.
  23. I recently downloaded the Shrouded Armor - True Assassin mod by EvilDet. It essentially replaces the red and black textures of the vanilla SA with a retextured, solid black version. The instructions are fairly straight forward: place the BSA and ESP into Skyrim's Data folder, and tick off the esp in the (I assume) Steam Launcher. Because SkyUI and SKSE don't work at all with the Steam launcher, I use the Skyrim (SKSE) icon that was placed on my desktop when I installed SKSE. But for whatever reason, the replacer is not working. I followed the installation instructions. I've tried everything. I've even tried launching the game from the Steam launcher, but the Shrouded armor still retains it's vanilla look and texture. I don't know what, if anything, I'm missing. Any help would be great. Experience with this mod would be wonderful. Thanks.
