So I am running with a core AMD ryzen 1950x 16 core processor, 32 GB of RAM and two GTX 1080's in SLI. I am using a 21:9 3440x1440 monitor and run about 80 or so mods. I cant seem to find out why my PC cannot handle these mods as I see others with lower specs running much more demanding mod lists. I get around 25 FPS just walking throughout skyrim in general. my first time watching pulp fiction the other day. I LOVED IT. Still surprised I haven't watched it earlier but whatever.

I know I'm a bit late and if you haven't already made a decision, I think you should definitely go with a new processor. Although bottleneck will be a severe drawback, the processor speeds are integral for bethesda games and running many mods at once. GPU is secondary priority but maybe wait until prices fall a bit.
