I started this download at 10:30 PM last night (it's now 5:21 AM) "ETaC - Complete-13608-13-4.7z ---- 10.1 KB/s - 282 MB of 358 MB, 2 hours left" That's my chrome download page. When I try and download via MO, anything that's just a bit too big get's stuck or times out. Smaller files up to 5mb download just fine. Just ran the Download Diagnoser while this download is up and I am hitting 200.7kbps, yet my files download 10-15kbps.

I didn't have this issue until recently. The only thing I changed was I installed newer versions of USKP and UDBP. Now I can't absorb soals. If I disable either patch, or the Dragonborn DLC, my game crashes immediately. Can't even get to the menu.
