I would like to achieve so that player can shout and cast spell at the same time. So keybinds for shout and casting spell are instantaneous. How to make this? Can I do that with console command only?

Ok, thank you. I remember there where mod managers with only 250Kb. I don't understand why does it have to take that much space.

This mod should remove interuption when you shout you can't cast spell. So when you are casting spells you can shout in the same time without interuption.

Would it be possible to reduce the size of Vortex to less than 10MB or so? Basically, to have only list for mods without high quality UI.
