I would like to achieve so that player can shout and cast spell at the same time. So keybinds for shout and casting spell are instantaneous. How to make this? Can I do that with console command only?

This mod should remove interuption when you shout you can't cast spell. So when you are casting spells you can shout in the same time without interuption.

Is it possible to mod the radius of Singularity where it grabs enemies ? Is it possible to spawn more enemies than default numbers? Like enemy multiplier times 2 , times 3 ...
