Please, how do i import ueasset files to Blender? I want to mod SFV, but i can't find anything about it.

So, everytime i try to export any obj file, all polygons get messed up. I'm trying to mod some USFIV chars, but i'm facing this problem with exporting obj files. Any ideas on how to solve it, please? Thank you.
