I believe npcs will use a torch at certain light levels as long as the have one in their inventory. That would mean a mod which just adds a torch to certain npcs inventory (just bandits for example) should solve the issue. It's probably possible to edit the npcs inventory via the creation kit to do this, although I'm no modder so I couldn't say for sure...

I have the same card, except sapphire not msi, and I'm using catalyst version 12.10. I did used to have a more up to date version (13.2 rings a bell) but kept getting lots of little issues like loads of screen tearing etc. Since backdating all issues are now sorted and I have no intention on updating them unless I have to :)

I remember reading about a mod which causes CTD on that quest. I think it may have been Killer Keo's skimpy armor set, something to do with the jarls robes... If you have that mod installed, try uninstalling it while you do the quest then reinstall afterwards.

Wow that's one awesome looking armor! I'd really like to see someone make this. My only worry would be the cape thing may look a bit weird as there are no cape animations available (as far as I know) so those two strips would only move with the player's body, not freely.

True, although you could maybe use the vampiric grip spell as a base and change the ragdoll effect for the Vyrthyr strangle animation as you mentioned above...

The other kill moves are used when attacking from the front and the suplex happens when attacking from behind, I think. There are a few videos on Youtube which demonstrate performing them. It would be good to see a stealthy kill move from behind where you can snap their neck or strangle them to death though...

There are a few mods which let you use the vampiric grip spell (from vampire lord form) as a normal spell, heres one for example. I'm not familiar with the power from the Star Wars game but it sounds similar except you drain life from the target while using it.

You could try using console commands. I think 'setstage MQ201 110' will begin the create a distraction objective and 'setstage MQ201 140' will advance you past it. Best to save beforehand though in case it messes something else up. Also, if you use 'setstage MQ201 140' but Malborn doesn't open the door for you, you may need to use the console 'tcl' to get through the door.

I believe Better vampires also lets you force feed to finish a wounded enemy too. Also a very good vampire improvement mod, it actually makes becoming a vampire worth while imo.

I used to have a mod where there was I think three different versions to wear either 2,4 or 8 rings (all fingers excluding thumbs) but for the life of me I cannot seem to find it again. It worked very well except some rings you couldn't wear with others and you couldn't wear any two of the same ring and the mod author had no idea why. Maybe he took it down because of that, hence why I can't find it again...

I did try this as you said but still no good :( I also tried on another npc to test if I was doing it correctly and it worked ok on them (Hulda in the bannered mere, not that I wanted to marry her but she was the closest npc at the time :tongue: ). Unless of course I'm missing something... Same here! You may want to check out a mod called 'Bijin Warmaidens' as there is an optional file for Frea which really improves her looks imo.

I have but nothing seems to happen. I'm assuming it's probably because the dialogue is missing for that npc voice. I know there are mods that make it possible to marry Serana, which I'm guessing would have had the same issue, so wondered if it could also be done with Frea.

As a big fan of the Dragon Age games too I'd also like to see this although the biggest problem would be creating a dragon that also has front and rear legs as the Skyrim dragons only have rear legs... If it was possible though, maybe also adding Flemeth to the game with the ability to shape shift into a dragon as another boss would be a good idea.

You can do exactly that with the mod Skyrim Redone. It is actually very useful too as buying prices are elevated by the mod, and selling prices lowered, so it's quite hard to obtain crafting materials early on in the game.

I believe you can modify 'categorized favourites menu' to only show certain categories so you could maybe set it so that you have just two columns, one for general favourites and one for only shouts...

I have seen two mods with this animation in the past. One is called 'Kiss em all' where you press a hotkey and you kiss the npc you are facing. It has a silly kiss sound as well but that can be disabled with the console command 'set rsvkisssound to 1'. The other one, I think, was 'Bathing beauties or beefcake' which had the dialogue "how about a kiss" but I'm not 100% sure as it's been a while since I've had that mod installed...

Is there a mod, or could someone create one, where you can have Frea from the Dragonborn DLC as your spouse? I'm not sure if her voice files actually have the dialogue for marriage and if not whether there is a way around that...
