People should report bugs here: http://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/tracker/project-3-mod-manager-open-beta/ that's speciailly made for Alpha testing.

Yes, when you uninstall some mods there will be scripts left. that that's only for the savefiles.

@RyanBurnsRed I wanted to uninstall mods so i would have less scripts running at the same time. unchecking esp's might work but will not reduse scripts (correct me if i'm wrong!) @chicky540 can be true, it might have to do with Skyrim redone and reproccer since those use many master files. but im not sure . @missjennabee all files should be completely deleted since i always use NMM to mod. Also i'll take a look at Wyre.
