Did you try something as simple as : Windows Compatibility (Try WinXp SP3 or Win7) Run as Administrator

I'm pretty sure i'm not the only one having this Bug, but it's getting out of control now. When you are hit by any kind of Fire Damage(Spell, Firecamp, even the Forge) you Permanently ear a Burning Like sound and it never stop and wont go away. I know i Quick Temporary Fix "sexchange" in Console. But, the Sound comeback after i Load my lastest saved game. And, the sound Stack. It's Super Loud right now. Like im the Fire it self. Anyone know a Mods or a way to Permanently Fix this Issue ? I Heard this Bug came with the DragonBorn DLC, but it is true ? Thx for anyone who will provide help !!
