Just outside Lipsand Tarn, far north of Chorrol. Such a beautiful view of Cyrodil. I also enjoy going of hiking into the mountains, sometimes the views are epic (in the proper sense of the word).

I'll go with either the last Theives Guild quest, and Maybe the one where you have to sneak into the imperial prison and kill Valen Dreth (DB). That was so hard to do at level 9.
