  1. Hey there folks! I have an idea, which could either be easy or complex to implement depending on the direction it goes. But here is my idea, I would like to introduce a Social Class system that is generic enough for any character concept. In general, the mod assumes the kind of world the character grew up in. And that choice would grant starting equipment for the character. Now I am not fluent or have any knowledge as far as questing and scripts go, but I imagine something like this. Might require a MCM menu (perhaps). So , I know I would definetly need help in constructing the mod, unless some one else is willing to. But here are the Social Classes that have entered my mind, going from lowest to highest. 1) Peasant Class -"peasant, farmer , servant, laborer, beggar, criminal. " 2) Freeman Class - "Farmer, Entertainer, freeman, laborer" 3) Craftsmen Class - "Laborer, Craftsmen,Merchants, Alchemist" 4) Merchant Class - "Businss Owner, Merchant, Inn keeper. Soldiers,Scholar, Mage" 5) Lower Nobility - "Priest, Upper Class, Land -owners, minor political positions, Nobility with no title. " 6) Middle Nobility Class - "low Nobility, Thane, Court Wizard, High Priest" 7) High Nobility Class - "High Nobility, Jarl" (Maybe be available for selection) 8) Emperor (shouldn't be available) THIS should represent the players upbringing, not their particular position in society. So this is often the profession of their parents. Each category would provide bonus equipment to fit the role of that particular class. And perhaps even additional starting gold, though this shouldn't be very extreme. The whole point is to grant "Free equipment" over extra spending money. The division could get a bit more technical, and precise , which might be a good way to go as well.   2. So I have been making a custom replacer for Camilla Valerius. I have a really nice look, but Im getting an error, sayng the tint mask for the Female NBord Eyeliner style_01.dds, is not the correct size (I've looked there in folder, and found the item in question is 512 pixels and not 256 pixels). Also getting a purple color going across the FemaleheadHuman_Forehead.dds. What program can I use to edit the dds images so i can resize them. or should i replace those dds files with the original vanilla skyrim assets ?   3. In response to post #47283125. I've been interested in this project ever since i heard about it, I think like 2 years ago. I never really got to play Oblivion myself, I own it (but i have had issues even getting it to run on my PC). So I'm really looking foward to see this project reach fruition. So just here to say, thank you to all members involved in this project for the love and hard work you have put into it.
  4. How do i get detailed information about an item in the console command. I am trying to find out what mod is effecting the item in question.
  5. I did a complete re-install of Skyrim and the CK, but the error is still occuring.
  6. Okay, I have just re-installed skyrim for the 4th time in one week, trying to figure out how to make my game stable. I have fought with skyrim for almost 4 years now, I have not even finished a single story in the game... So I call upon you folks... How can i make a stable and good game for myself ?? I am currently clearing and re-installing Skyrim and the CK all over, Again ... So I need suggestions, and what steps to take to keep my game stable and good within the limits of my Computer Specs.   7. I am experiencing an error with the creation kit. Attempting to load any mod brings up the following errors: Assert: File:\TesShared\misc\BGlocalizedString.cpp Line: 2871 LOCALIZATION: Error Opening or reading strings file. After that another error comes up Zero Entries or empty block size read from Strings /Dragonborn_English.Strings Strings will be missing. I tried un-installing and reinstalling creation kit, and running the Verify Integrity Option on Steam. This did not clear up the problem.
  8. I dont think so, this a completely new redownload and install of everything. My bashed patch, has changed 957 records. So I'm at a loss. I've had it work around 1200 records. The mods which compose my leveled lists are: Update.esm Dawnmguard.esm USLEEP.esp Cutting Room Floor weapons @ Armor Fixes Remade Clothing & Clutter Fixes Complete Crafting Overhaul Remade. Weapons and Armor True weapons lvl lists Hothtropper44 Armor Compliation (Immersive armor) Perkus Maximus Patch (WAFR/CCF/CCOR) Trade and Barter Immersive Weapons More Interesting Loot Weapons Armor Fixes (immersive weapons) and my mod : Unique Loot.
  9. Okay so I have two questions: 1. Is it necessary to include all items in a Wrye Bash Merge for Leveled lists? Ive been playing around, but its apparent, I'm still exceeding the limit for leveled lists. How do I know what mods to actually include or leave out of a bashed patch ? And in turn Whats the difference between mods that are [ADR], [AD], [AR] and etc... "ubyte format requires 0 <= number <= 255 <bash.brec.ModWriter instance at 0x109D39E0> LLCT B (261,)" 2. I am working on a mod, that will effect the economy of skyrim in several factors. I want to adjust the Radiant Quest rewards for bounties. I want to adjust the cost of Horses, and I want to adjust the cost of renting a room at a inn. its apparent I need to modify quests for the bounties. But I am getting an issue with not being able to find the script. I assume this is a BSA issue, so I have to extra the necessary scripts from the skyrim ESM ?? And what about the rest ?? Any help in this regard would be very welcome.
  10. So i did some more test play, My game is just fine , as long as I don't attempt to equip anything while on horse. Once that is done, i start pin-balin around .
  11. okay i tried what you suggested, riding on a horse works just fine. But when i use all my mods, it causes the issue. I can usually re-create the issue, by chaing my clothes while im on the back of my horse. Moment I do that.. thats when i go flying.
  12. Why would i need FNIS and xpmse ? and this is like the third time, ive tried a fresh re-install of skyrim as well.
  13. I would imagine so, honestly I try not to use it at all. I don't really see the point of having it. I tried using Immersive horses, and i seem to have the same problem, but only when I switch our worn outfits. But yeah, I start a new game.. I had re-installed FNIS and the xpmse skeleton, and it usually works fine till i try changing outfits , and then the horse goes wild.

  15. Alright the moment I installed XPMSE and HDT Extension. is when things go to hell, and I start bouncing all over the place. Wouldn't even work with just CBBE installed. So even after going back to a previoius save before i installed those, now my horse is still acting wonky...
  16. Well I did a clean re-install of the game. Then just loaded in mot of my mods, save a mesh body, a skeleton, NFIS, and special mesh body armors. And my game is just fine right now. I'll probably experiment after this point, to see when it starts breaking down again.
  17. okay, after getting past some of the ping-balling around, and was able to get off and back on. It seems to have stablizied.
  18. Okay I did all that, installing the stuff and ordering it all.. And it's still occuring.
  19. *bumps, still having an issue* Ireally dont know what to do about this issue.. Is it Convienient Horses ? Is it the HDT and mesh body i use ?
  20. I've been trying to create a patch , mod. But its so frustrating, I make changes to the patch file, and the masters which i am relying on, disappear from the required files list. So i end up adding tthem back with Tes5Edit, but they end up disappearing again, when i try and edit them again.
