Ignore the negative feedback. Most of the users in the nexus have no idea what it's like to make a mod and much lees to make a game. Still many complain about the requirements and obvious intention of a giveaway.

can anyone point me to a good tutorial on how to import made from scratch new weapons into fallout 4? I made a weapon and its a good one. something I havent seen in new vegas or FO3 so I want to share it. And yes, before anyone suggest as a joke to "use google" I already searched a lot and all Ive foun are tutorials on how to add mods to a vanilla weapon or how to edit the damage values and fire rate. I want to import a gun from scratch

i agree IDM doesnt quite work with nexus sites because of its unique file delivery system some links works with IDM but most never works but there is a magic trick you can try i do this everytime ( Imp. you will need Chrome browser for this firefox won't work ) follow these simple steps to download mods with IDM : 1. download the mod Manually with google chrome 2. now if IDM doesn't catches the link don't worry dont cancel the download save the file somewhere for a while 3. now open chrome download page you will see your download going on but more importantly you will see the direct download link from where chrome is downloading the file thats the link you need for IDM 4. Copy the link and open IDM click on add URL you will see IDM has already catched the link click ok and then download will start using IDM Hope it helps it certainly has helped me with nexus slow download speeds Amazing this helps a lot since browser have a ridiculous download speed cap i was manually donloading or dowloading with NMM ar 40kb/s with idm i can download at full speed thanks a gigazillion

I know theres a mod that makes draugrs inmortal unless you burn them or something, clean up corpses does this but only to vampires i know theres one for draugrs too i saw it in a mod review but i cant remember the name or the review please anyone knows this mod??

how can i import faces created with enhanced character edit to the CK?? i know its not as simple as saving the face with SPF and then clicking import into CK i already tried that, also i have checked ECE and character making extender in CK and my hair mod so can someone explain me step by step hoe to do this cuz i really want to start making my own followers, so thanks in advance

well thanks both of you for advices right know im playing smoothly no CTD and concluded its definetly not FNIS related but im sure its pinup poser that gives me the random crashes after a while of being active

i have a ton of armor mods, and last time i installed maybe 10 at once and now i get some lagging while scrolling in the forge menu its like game stops completely for one second every 2 seconds any way to fix this? is it because i have too many armors?

When you find the mod you want make sure you read the description you most have the requirements or you'll most likely get CTD even if it is a small mod or a bit newer version of the game no matter how small the requirement is you must have it, so i suggest you keep your game up to date and i would reccomend to use this almost vital tool for many mods you will need a script extender for skyrim look for "SKSE", xander is right when using nexus mod manager foor example if you are getting CTD just disable mods until you find which one is giving you the CTD

i just noticed that sevenbase armors are compatible with unp meshes i cant believe this cuz there are some sevenbase exclusive that ive wanted to try, i tried with barabarian armor for sevenbase on my unp char and works awesome, has anyone tried this?

well i had this issue once and fixed my save wby doing this: 1.load your save 2.wait 5 minutes 3.load the same current save again 4.now if it succesfully loaded then make a new save

is it a bad idea to have many quest mods?? i have installed the 3 dlc's and after installing interesting npc's quest i noticed skyrim takes a long time in launching i mean it opens like a minute after i double click the launcher, now im not sure if i should install other quests like faalskar or moonpath
