ok, so i think this could work, as long as major overhauls/weapon packs/perk overhauls/UI overhauls are not allowed. But if they are allowed then this will reduce the nexus to the mods that a game dev cant endorse/produce nude/sex/porn/obscene violence. And they need to wait 4 years before they introduce it to a new game like ES6.

how exactly can i edit and change children body textures and skeletons in skyrim? its asking for an egt file. what is an egt file? how do i convert dds files to egt files?
