  1. Hi everyone, I was hoping that one of the talented people on this site might be able to help with this request. Would it be possible to expand the harbor city mod to include more new world items? Specifically the new world school and tourist buildings, specifically the bus stop. The new world docklands requires a bus stop which requires it to be placed close to shore. This puts a restriction on building options for the harbor area. Thanks!

  3. I second this request. I've wondered about this possibility of being able to build on the ruined islands in the New World section of the Campaign. Those ever burning little island are a bit of an eyesore. LOL

  5. I was hoping that someone in our community might be able to help with this one. I'd love to be able to build the hotel on the pier like the harbor city mod. While we're at it could you do the trade union as well. It was always somewhat perplexing to me why that building wasn't included in the harbor city set in the first place. Thanks.
  6. Hi, the title pretty much explains it all. I was wondering if anyone else has had this issue with the game. I posted a thread on the Anno 1800 forum but have not heard anything back. I have watched several Youtube videos on the new Burning Eden scenario and both the woodsman's hut and the trade union appear in the title bar at the bottom of those poster's screens. Perhaps one of the mods I have downloaded has a conflict with the scenario. If anyone else has had this issue and resolved it, please let me know. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
  7. Hi, I was hoping that someone here could help me out. The harbor roads for the Arctic region appear as this weird gray or black at an intersection. I'm sure it's probably a settings issue on my end, I've just not been able to figure it out. Does anyone have any suggestions? Take a look at the screen shot below to see what I am talking about.
  8. Hi RukuSan, I had the same compatibility issues with the Pedestrian Pack DLC and the City Ornament Mod. There is a great fix out there to have both! Go to the original upload for the City Ornaments Mod. Then go to the posts for that specific mod. There are instructions for how to edit the data folder for the mod to render it compatible with the DLC. Cheers!
  9. I downloaded the Mod Tool, I just wanted to unlock the University, School, and Bank for the New World. Unfortunately, I guess my brain just doesn't work properly. I can't seem to get these items to show up in the game. Would some kind, smarter person than I please create these simple mods please?
  10. Hi, I hope someone here can help. The Campaign is not working properly in my game. Angry Annie, the pirate is selected at initial game set up, but I am unable to interact with her once the campaign starts and the options to sign alliances, trade and peace agreements are not available. I am also unable to fulfil the demands from Edvard regardless of how much schnapps or sails I produce. His ships just sits there in the harbor and does not react when I try to click on it. I searched the Ubisoft forums, and you guessed it, ... nothing there.

  12. Is it possible for to unlock Archibald's manor house as a buildable item? Also I'd love to have some of the monuments/museum items from Embessa as plopable decorator items like parks etc.
  13. I got it to work. Ubisoft help desk was not helpful by the way. In any event my work around was to do a good old fashion de-install/reinstall. It all works like a charm, including game mods.

  15. Hi, I was wondering if anyone could create a "buildable" version of Sir Archibald's manor house. Perhaps as another monument, or just as a plop and drop building. The second is to unlock any of the Enbessan ruins as to use as decorations in both the Old and New Worlds. And third. Please, please, please some schools, universities and a working power station for the New World. And finally a question, is there any way to develop a mod that will allow us to edit the beaches on all islands so we can create both and aesthetically pleasing and efficient harbor? To be clear to straighten out the beaches, and fill in gaps so that roads run in straighter parallel lines to the coast etc. Thanks.
  16. Hi Buckbuddy. I'm not sure if this helps. There are other files you need in order for your mods to work. Look under any of the mods found here and you will see something called mod-loader (or something like that, I just don't remember). There is even a min tutorial on how which file etc. Also remember to have it all your files in the correct drive as your game. I have multiple and the "C" drive is not my default for games.
  17. I have two requests for the the talented people out there. I would like to be able to build Sir Archibald's mansion, same as the one used by Evard in the Bright Sands Campaign. I think this should be an easy one as the building already exists in the game. The second is for a small sized clinic to help expand the range of existing hospitals. Something like a two by three about the same size as the fire station.
  18. Hi, can anyone explain what I'm doing wrong? I have the clay and oil pit covers mod. They're great by the way! But when I place the cover over the oil field I can only place the farmer's cottage. When I hit shift V, I can see the higher tier levels but I'm not able to place them; and the farmer's cottage does not level up. Any suggestions?

  20. Hi, this is such a noob question I know. But I need your help. I recently experienced problems with my game after the launch. The Ubi help desk was no help. They had me running in circles for days uninstalling and reinstalling the game my NVIDA driver, you name it. It was a nightmare. Sorry for the rant, but there is a lesson here I'd like to share. Ubihelp had no clue what the problem was. Evidently games saved to the cloud may sometimes get corrupted after a patch. Here's a helpful site. https://crinrict.com/blog/2019/04/anno-1800-corrupt-cloud-save-prevents-game-from-starting.html I removed the 4553 file as suggested and reinstalled my game. It worked! So the question now is where do I place the Mod Loader files. After days of this I'm just not certain what file and where I should place them. I just don't want mess everything up again and not be able to get into my game.
  21. Hi, I don't remember seeing a power plant on Prosperity. There was an extensive oil production chain however. On a related note, this is one of my top items on my wish list. I'd love to see a power plant and more buildings in general for the new world? I mean why aren't there any schools or universities? I's also love to see at least one more advancement in the housing as well. Just my two cents. Perhaps one of the many talented modders out there will take up the challenge. Hint-hint! LOL :happy:
