  3. Hello everyone, So I'm trying to import Sotha Sil's .NIF from the Tribunal DLC of Morrowind into the Skyrim Creation kit. I've extracted the Nif and textures from the Tribunal BSA and placed them into the Skyrim Data folders then I make a new static object in CK and add the Nif as the model but it comes up as a red error in world when I place it. I'm guessing there is more steps involved in doing what I'm trying to do. Can anyone help me? Thank you :) TL;DR How do you convert Morrowind .Nifs to Skyrim?
  4. Thanks for clarifying, appreciate it. Edit: Just a small update. I spent a few hours and tested around with these. I'll go ahead and echo what was said, I agree, Cheydinhal Falls is a bit bloated for my tastes, performance starts to tank in that area. To share and also have it on record for my own recollection in the future, this is my very cursory opinion of what I found in terms of performance for each release: (I didn't test the Imperial Isle or Dark Forest as I'm just not interested in those) Performs well Performs well enough Performs poorly Thank you for posting your findings! :happy:
  5. EDIT Apparently Oblivion Reloaded Lite handles most of what Streamline does and does it better! Hello guys. So does anyone use Streamline? I'm running a modlist of 310 mods and do get FPS drops and stutters in areas. Especially in cities while in combat. Now I know running a modlist this big is going to tank FPS but I'm trying to get my fps as stable as possible even if its a stable 30 fps. Can anyone share with me the "best" settings for Steamline? I know it's so based on your setup and specs but I'm wondering if there is any "must have" settings to help with FPS. The settings I'm using atm make objects, grass and trees "pop" into existence too harshly. I've also turned on the "fog" draw view feature thingy. Thank you :smile:
  6. UPDATE - I'VE FIXED THE ISSUE! A very nice person in the Oblivion Modding Discord server had the same issue as me and pointed out that if you edit the .ini for NorthernUI it fixes this bug. So if you have this issue follow the fix below! Wiepman — I remember there was a certain setting in the *.ini that gave me the same issue as you appear to have... In your "NorthernUI.ini" Under section: [xinput] bEnabled=FALSE; (default = TRUE) fixes mouse camera-rotation
  7. Hey all. So I'm having a problem with my third person camera and its driving my crazy. When I start a new game the camera is perfectly fine. Once I save and reload or save and restart the game the issue begins. When I'm in third person I can't move the camera around my character properly. I have to drag the mouse all the way to the right or left for it to move. It doesnt move smoothly either it "shoots" to an angle. I have Oblivion Reloaded Lite but have uninstalled Enhanced Camera as it doens't support the current OBL version. Any suggestions? Thank you!

  9. Hey all, I'm working my through modding up my game and only have about 35 mods/60 ESP's running at the moment. I'm getting crashes when going outside Bruma. Sometimes it's to the right of the city wall, sometimes just from leaving through the main city gate. Same thing in a few other towns too. I'll post my modlist below - I think I figured out that OOO Extended was causing the issue as once I uninstalled it the crashes stopped. So I'm trying the seperate version of the mod now "Creature Addon & OOO Equipment Addon" Same kinda crashes happening. Now I don't know 100% if it is these mods doing it so I'm asking for your opinion and advice, please! I've ran Boss, I'm using MO2 to mod with. I've tried to use ConScribe but for some reason it's not making Logs in the place the mod description says it should "Console logs are saved to a folder named “ConScribe Logs” in your Oblivion root directory and each log is named in accordance to the time of its creation." Any advice? Thanks!

  11. Quick question! - Just so I'm understanding this correctly. Ultimate Leveling uses the experience (Oblivion XP style) system by default? So all I need to do is install it with Wyre Bash and thats it? No need to change anything? :)
  12. Heya Pellape! Thanks for the helpful responce! I haven't heard of Ultimate Leveling, it sounds better than Oblivion XP to be honest hahah. I think I might just go for that one! If I decide I don't like it though I'll go back to Oblivion XP and try your compass settings. Thank you very much for the help! :)
  13. Have you tried to run BOSS and made a Batched Patch? Always things I try first just to see if it helps! I did read on Sinitars Mod Guide that using more than two large overhaul mods that alter gameplay will cause the game to be unstable. I'm not sure what all the mods are you're using and what they change, but try to not have too many mods simlar to MOO & OOO running too!
  14. Hey guys, so I have an issue with the Oblivion XP mod. For some reason it makes the compass on my HUD really big. See picture below! Modlist OBSE Pluggy MenuQue LINK NorthanUI NorthanUI Imperial Theme Display States HUD Status Bars JCN_AV Uncap Oblivion XP (Updated Version) Even why I try to change the size of the compass in the Northan UI menu with the sliders, it doesn't affect the compass. I've had a glace through the .ini for Oblivion XP but cna't find anything about the compass, I've also looked through the PDF Read Me that comes with Oblivion XP and still couldn't find anything. Does anyone know why this is happening and how to fix it? Thank you! :happy:
  15. Thanks for the indept responce. Given the fact I mentioned ealier how the khajiitfix.esp did cause some issues. Maybe removing it will fix the issues. I didn't know that OCOv2.03 has it built in not needing the khajiitfix.esp. That might be the issues overall. I'm going to try that now.
  16. Heya Drake and Striker, So the problem came back once I continued installing the rest of my character mods.. I'm very new to Wyre Bash so I don't know what you mean by Bash Tags, Drake. I understand now what you mean by the chargen changing the head shape, I think. Anyway I can force Wyre Bash to use the shape from OCOv2? I'm going to try what Striker suggested with deleting the other Khajiit files.

However, I think I just fixed it? Well, I made a fix? I opened up the BAIN Seamless Archive and removed all the textures for Khajiit and replaced them with the ones I wanted and packed it back up, installed it. And away we go! Thank you for your help and time. :laugh:

  19. Hey Striker. I've seen you around on these forums and your responces to other people has actually helped me with a few issues haha. So thank you for that! It does look like the Khats and Args. Pretty much the same head shape. However. I don't have it installed. So how could it be happening?
  20. Hey everyone, so this is driving me insane. I'm using: OCOV2 + All the Patches Roberts Male HGEC Seamless OCO + Equipment Replacers for HGEC & Robert Khajiit Texture Fix combined with Slofs Khajiit rextures for OCO Head + Robert/HGEC Bodies. Something is causing the Khajiits to have messed up face shapes, like long noses etc. I'll add pictures so you can see. I can't figure out how to use all these mods together and get Oblivion to use the OCO headshape for Khajiit it comes with. I'm new to Wyre Bash. Been using MO2 normally. I have noticed when I activate the khajiitfix.esp it changes the face shape but all the Slofs textures show. If i disable the Khajiitfix.esp then the OCO face shape returns but reverts back to the OCO body textures too. It's only once I enable the KhajiitFix.esp the faces mess up. Which would be fine only if I don't have that enabled then I can't use the body/head textures for the Khajiit. Anyone know where I'm going wrong? First pic is OCO shape. Second pic is the weird one that happens when I turn the khajiitfix.esp on.
