  1. They'll eventually go away if you play the game normally, but sometimes it can take a while. One sure fire way to get rid of them if you can't access the commands (consoles) is to just get into a fight with an archer type NPC. When he fires arrows at you it will cause any arrows or other projectiles stuck in you to vanish.
  2. Where is this information located exactly? Honestly, I have a hard time navigating this consolized interface. I haven't actually seen any numbers relating to how much damage I do per swing other than on the weapon itself, and as I said, the bound weapon itself doesn't show up in the inventory screen. It just says you don't have anything equipped.
  3. I've looked in my inventory and bound weapons don't show up there. I've looked at active effects to see if it showed up there and while it does, all it does is give a description of the spell instead of any statistics on the weapon itself. I tried doing a search for this information on these forums but didn't come up with anything related. I'm trying to figure out if its worth investing into the Mystic Binding perk to improve bound weapon damage. I'm playing a pure mage but will be keeping up on my weapon skills (1h and archery) through the use of bound weapons. I would like to get that perk that allows bound weapons to soul trap, and since Mystic Binding is a prerequisite to that perk its something I'd have to take anyway. However, I'd like to know if bound weapons, when perked, would even be comparable to equivalent 1 handed weapons and bows enchanted with soul trap. Using the perk method I can actually save myself some weight as I won't need to carry around a dagger/sword and bow in order to soul trap. If the damage of bound weapons are not comparable at all to real weapons though, I'd simply opt just carry soul trap enchanted weapons instead. I'm assuming the damage of bound weapons is a combination of weapon skill + skill in conjuration, but this is just speculation as I cannot seem to find any statistics on the weapon when I'm wielding it.
  4. Problem I am having is I always run into humans and other bandits. Doing the Companion quest line ATM so its all Silver Hand assholes and you can't soul trap people with soul gems.
  5. Totally laughed at OPs video. "Tag, you're it... oh s***!"
  6. Whats a good method or place to fill petty/lesser gems? I mostly run into deer and foxes out in the wild and its a serious pain in the ass trying to catch them. Especially deer. I don't have a bow that can one shot them yet.
  7. The encryption wrapping patch caused this. I had the same exact problem as you did, even worse as it was effecting character models (only thing I'd see is armor and floating eyeballs and lips) and every time I'd revert from the werewolf form my character would be nothing but a black silhouette. The LAA work around fixed this for me though and I haven't experienced any problems since. If you're not using a 64-bit OS I honestly don't know what to suggest though. http://www.skyrimnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=1013 Heres the URL for the LAA work around. This only works if you have more than 2gb of ram and a 64-bit OS. Its pretty straight forward, but make sure you read the instructions as its very critical you do exactly what it says or it won't work. You don't need to install it or put it in any specific directories. Just make sure you have Steam running BEFORE you run this. EDIT: Forgot to mention, because of the nature of Steam, you have to run this program every time you want to play Skyrim. It launches the game for you though so as long as you have Steam open BEFORE you use this program it will make Skyrim LAA compatible.
  8. Remember, these were physical copies only. Since Skyrim requires Steam it made little sense for the vast majority of people to go out and buy a physical copy. None of my friends both online and IRL even bothered to pick up a physical copy. They all downloaded their copy online from Steam. Valve has not released any official numbers as to how many units they've sold. I honestly never pay much attention, but does Valve ever divulge that information?
