Have you tried reinstalling skyrim? Might have corrupt files. Also is MO2 located in program files? (it should be outside of program files)

Try making a new SKSE launch option in MO2 with this tutorial, just name it SKSE test or something:

Could this have something to do with being in the alternate start room? Does it still happen after you start the game?
Yes it does still happen outside of the ASLAL starting room. Why would that affect meshes loading?
Well alternate start has a few scripts running that keep you in that room until you talk to the statue, I figured it could be related to that.

Since you don't have a lot of mods installed: try disabling them one by one until the game does not crash, that way you'll know which mod causes the issue.
-
Are you running SKSE as administrator?
Also I see you have skyrim installed in your programs file folder, you should never do this as it limits and stops a lot of mods from working properly. Reinstall skyrim in a folder outside of your program files.

Still happens on a PC restart?

Jezus christ you have 900.esps how does your game even run at all.

On a FRESH savegame?

You need to open the .dds texture file of your skin and remove all color. Since most skin texture mods are pink, no matter what you do it will always have pink mixed in. You can open .dds files with the free program gimp.

Is your skyrim installed through steam or otherwise?

Crashing when going through doors is usually caused by the game running out of VRAM. JK Skyrim EATS vram like no tomorrow. Try disabling JK, load up new clean save and see if it still occurs.

I've recently been attempting to port: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/58960?tab=files
But I can't seem to get it to work, I tried using the cathedral asset optimizer and the SE creation kit to port it but failed.
This mod adds great variety in rocks, mountains textures etc and is in my eyes the best rock/mountain mod out there for this reason.
Sadly I cannot seem to port it properly, some of the rocks ingame are textureless.
Has anyone had better luck than me thus far? I am attempting to port the main file and the 4k optional textures.

If you want a save file that is complete: https://www.nexusmods.com/monsterhunterworld/mods/640
There are item shop mods that will help you get back the gear you lost.

Disable ambient occlusion in your graphics_option.ini file by setting it to =Off, it removes the ugly and blocky shadow stripes from the skin of your character
CTD Modded skyrim (53 mods)
in Skyrim SE

What are your pc specs? Random ctd when walking down a road means you are crashing upon loading a new cell, when loading a new cell you will all at once buffer a whole lot of stuff into your ram and vram, if you don't have enough space the game will CTD.
Mods with placed objects like Etac and JK skyrim are known to be very intense on the VRAM, you could try to disable ETaC and beautiful cities.
