Semi-Lore Friendly Fusion Core Recharging Mod
Krazyman999 replied to FallenAdvent's topic in Fallout 4's Mod Ideas
Solution... How about a slot on the big water purifier, that could clean the radiation out of the water and puts it back into the cores. Have it so its slow, say about 7 days to charge a core, so you don't become too overpowered. You've got a big battle, leave it for 7 days until the core has recharged. Or better still, a few cores... -

I like using this mod to allow you to add, delete and edit custom map markers. It gives you a spell that you cast to place markers on the map, then you hover over your map marker and left click on it to enter text. Warning... Don't cast it inside City's and houses, as it can make your game crash. I only use it in the open world, and in open world villages. I use it all the time to keep track of locations, and events on the map. Multiple custom markers with notes by Falouu http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/38731/?

I have found another mod, which is similar to Realistic needs and diseases. Imps more complex needs http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/10639/? This seems to take a slightly different route to the Realistic needs and diseases, making it more realistic with calories, proteins, fat, weight gain and muscle gain in future editions, fatigue, blood for vampires. Food will spoil if enabled, raw meat will make you probably ill, riding a horse combats some fatigue ( finally a use for a horse other than a modded, walking cupboard, Aka Convenient Horses mod http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/14950/? This mod seems to tick most of the boxes I wanted for my mod, only thing that I think is missing is a cooking perk tree... Thanks for pointing me in the right direction...

Yeah! I've seen, but not used this mod. It looks totally hardcore, I'll probably try it eventually, I was planning to use those type of mods on my eventual second playthrough, which is still a long way away. The mod I was wanting was less hardcore, just an alternative to living off stolen potions, with a cookery perk tree added.

I would like a reason to eat in Skyrim, I seem to live on potions that I steal. Everyone in Skyrim has tons of potions, I'd like them to be rare to force people to eat food. Also making people have to agonise over using the potions more, putting in more effort to get them or spend more cash, having to grind to accumulate potions. Food... The food in Skyrim is all over the place, having to eat an inventory full of food to just survive a mudcrab fight. Food Alterations... Health, Magic, Stamina... Food should have a value that is in keeping with its size and how well its cooked. Raw food... Not good for most races, 50% chance of negative effect. ( I know this has been done.) Shelf life... Food should have a shelf life to prevent food hoarding. Raw... 3 days. (this would include travel times to a location) Cooked... 5 to 14 days. (you'd have a reason to hunt) Vegetables... 7 to 14 days. Cookery Perk tree... The difference between being able to cook an Egg or a meal, more advanced receipes being unlocked at higher levels. Level 1... Basic foods (boiled and fried only) Level 2... More advanced (basic recipes, 2 ingredients) Level 3... More advanced (basic recipes, 3 ingredients) Etc... Level 10... Extremely advanced, high level foods Offshoot perks on perk tree... Storage Level 1... Add 1 day to shelf life Level 2... Add 2 days to shelf life Level 3... Add 3 days to shelf life (Etc... up to 7 days extra shelf life) Offshoot perk on perk tree... Potion Level 1... Allows you to mix 1 potion with your food Level 2... Allows you to mix 2 potions with your food Health, Magic and Stamina points for eating food would have to be done in percentages, as 30 health points for food is no good when your health is 300. ( I currently use a mod that does this, albeit too weakly to be of any real use)

Yeah! that's a great idea. The underlying body mesh and skin texture, would mean you could even show some of her stomach bump in the warmer areas of Skyrim, if needed. Whilst still being an item of clothing, It would also make a fun outfit for women, if they wanted a quick and easy way to make their character look pregnant. Or men, a quick beer belly outfit or fat suit without all the hassle of altering reams of costumes and armours. 1. Single maternity morphed outfits for the women 2. Beer belly outfits for the men Quick and easy, all in the item of clothing. Take it off and you're normal again, sort of like a fat suit. It would mainly be for NPC's, but fat or pregnant outfits could be a fun option for normal clothing. No need for a full line of outfits, when you could have one outfit and call it something like 'MATERNITY DRESS'. Kev... Update...23.2.14... Looks like someones made a Fat Man body replacer, and it looks good judging by the pictures. Fat Bastard Male body Replacer by foster..................... http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/51308/?

Still a bit too complicated for what I was meaning, I was meaning an adult, but with a system more like the NPC children. AKA, you can't really do much with them, and they don't have many outfits. You can't change their clothes or pickpocket them, to avoid problems with incompatibility problems. They wouldn't fight, they'd flee from fighting and have limited dialogue options. This, I reckon would have been an easier option for just filling out the town. In my idea, you'd have only longer term pregnant women with no going full term. I know this wouldn't have been realistic, but as I said, my idea is just a start. Just eye candy, sort of like the Vanilla version of Skyrim. Just the basic building blocks for modders to add to, like Skyrim does with the Vanilla versions. I'm new to Skyrim on the PC, and haven't really began tinkering around with making mods for it. So, I'll probably make one myself eventually, unless someone else makes one. Although I do like your more family orientated version, with quests... Kev...

How about a mod to make characters blink, give them a bit of soul. Kev...

Yeah... My request is even more basic than yours. Just simple NPC pregnant females, who wanders around. The only problem would be clothing, they would only be able to wear maternity style baggy clothing... Kev...

I'd like a mod made that is just plain simple a mod that makes pregnant NPC's, no sex, just background characters who are expecting. you don't need a lot, just a few in select towns. The Characters don't need to give birth, or get pregnant. They don't need to be married, they could be living rough in the middle of nowhere. But basically, they just need to walk around in all their pregnant glory, just to add variety. Kev...
