skyrim just crashes when i try to open it

Attached are the mods i have active. I am new to modding. I will hit the play button (on vortex) and skyrim wont open. when i open on steam the game prestart pops up but when i hit play it stops working. Anyone have any sugestions?

I recently installed Vortex and Skyrim Special Editon through steam. I thought i did everything correctly but my mods dont load in game. The mods say enabled but the is nothing for plugins other than Dawnguard.esm, Dragonborn.esm, Hearthfires.esm, Skyrim.esm, and Update.esm. My skyrim is under D:/ SteamLibrary / steamapps / common / Skyrim Speacial Edition My vortex is under D:/ vortex mods / skyrimse I was trying do download Bijn NPCs and Unoffical Skyrim Legendary Edition Patch What did i do wrong?
