How do I use NVSE with gog copy of the game?

This is in 2017. (Skyirm Special Edition). I am getting CTD without fail in Dustman's Cain when Farkas goes and interacts with the lever right after he is ambushed. I used ~ TFC to see what he was doing that was causing the crash and without fail it was when he enabled the lever. I turned off collision to see if when I interacted with it I would cause the crash, but no it was just when Farkas interacted with it. FYI he was in Werewolf form when he did this, so am suspecting its something to do with that. But I am not sure since the whole scene is scripted and its either Farkas pulling the lever or the game is scripted to release the lever, either way that is the moment when it crashes. I have used LOOT and I have cleaned my master files but neither have resolved the issue. I have uploaded my list of plugins to the post.
