NMM appears to be up, but when I try to download a file it says server unavailable. So you can login online, but it still doesn't work..

So first off, I can start it through the Script Extender and through NMM. It works fine. But when I go to start it from Steam, it says "failed to start game (unknown error)" and if I try to start it from the TESV.exe it says "steam_api_dll is missing" The thing is, that file is in my Skyrim folder. That is located at Z:/Steam/SteamApps/common/Skyrim The Z drive is something that the guy I bought the computer off of did. He built the PC, and said that the Z drive was there for more space and to make games faster. By the way. Now, second problem. I've been trying to manually install mods since NMM is down. I've done a few. Downloaded SKSE and the Uncapper. But not ONE of the mods work. I go to Data files and nothing is listed. I just don't understand what I'm doing wrong, besides being a total noob at this. Please help?

In response to post #10431246. I saw a post yesterday saying that it was after 11pm there and that it would be "hopefully tomorrow" from a moderator. Don't know if it's true, it was like 5pm for me at the time. It's 8 am now and nothing's changed.

In response to post #10425737. I can't either, but I have a feeling it's just because I'm an idiot. You're probably doing something wrong. I've seen a few recent comments of people saying it works just fine.
