  1. Based on how elusive TES6 is at the moment, I don't think that game is coming out any time soon.
  2. The reason for writing this request is here.
  3. Why isn't this in the game? This should be straight-forward. A custom protective AI that is compatible with multi-follower mods like AFT. This AI should be very protective of the player and his allies, drawing enemy attention from others to him with unique powers and defensive abilities. The AI needs to intelligently draw enemy attention from allies being attacked. Rather to the point, now is it? Anyone willing to tackle this mod?
  4. This one's slick! As part om my future Let's Play, I wanted one of my followers to maintain a constant stealth AI, because the character in question is a rouge-type, meaning he makes Stealth a priority. So, this mod request is for a plugin that applies a unique AI that intelligently makes stealth actions depending on the situation, working with multi-follower mods like AFT for better results. This can include custom spells, actions, and stealth awareness. The plugin can eventually be used in the story mod Elder Scrolls Anomaly, alongside multiple other mods for maximum potential. Anyone willing to tackle this one?
  5. As part of my future Skyrim Let's Play, I wanted to create a vampire side character to go along with my Werewolf main. However, this vampire in question (base on the story I'm writing) is known as a Daywalker, a vampire who can walk in the sun without suffering the effects of sunlight on a Vampire. The mod I'm requesting is a mod that allows you to designate yourself as a Daywalker vampire, negating the negative effects of walking outside during the day. Although this would sound like an overpowered mod (because why wouldn't you want to negate the effects of the sun?), the mod can balance itself out by making you weaker than a normal vampire. The effects could also carry over to the Vampire Lord. Anyone want to tackle this mod?
  6. It means that I want to see actual custom followers, complete with their own AI, custom voice, and personal story. Think of some of the crazy Custom Female Followers people have made. Just translate that to males. Also, does anyone have advice on how to approach Ohm? Trying to load the Skyrim Data in the Creation Kit somehow has come up with nothing. Any ideas on how to approach the missing data?
  7. Now, I'm looking for modding help for this request. I'm going to do the modeling, while some mad script wizard does the AI and the voice (with a voice actor, of course). Anyone willing?
  8. I might start making some mods myself, someday. I was thinking of starting with Ohm the Devout, so that should be fun. I would need assistance with the Scripting and all, but it's a start.
  9. I decided to rewrite Elder Scrolls: Anomaly. I have new story elements, plot points, and additional concepts to throw at the project. I will link the new story when I get some legwork down.
  10. "Check, check, and check." "Umm... something's missing." This was what I was thinking looking through the Nexus Mods and the Steam Workshop. I'm here with a list of mods I would like to see in the near future... Oblivoast: Now, I've already talked about this in my Oblivocast request thread, and I will link the details here. This was meant to be an alternative to Smartcast for Oblivion fans. I never played Oblivion, but I do have experience with ESO, and, to be honest, the combat systems in the two games were quite similar. I won't talk about it too much, so I suggest you head on over and take a look. Ohm the Devout (A Dragon Follower): I covered this mod in the thread linked here. This was meant to be a different version of another mod that does something quite similar. The only difference is that Ohm is a story-follower, and he cannot fly due to injuries in the Dragon War (the inspiring mod crashes the game when the dragon enters combat by taking flight). This was meant to be part of a much larger story-driven mod, which I will not talk about, but you can still see it here. More Hairstyles for the Beast Races: Oh boy! Now it's getting real! There currently are very few mods that add hairstyles for the Beast Races (I indirectly quoted Brodual), and I feel there definitely needs to be more. No, I'm not talking about mods that apply human hair to Argonians. I mean actual, custom hairstyles. Two mods on the Steam Workshop add a whole bunch of hairstyles to the beast races, but I felt there needs to be a few more. For example, I want to see more Argonian feather styles, like the one you see as my profile picture (someone please make it!). With Unique Beast Races, this will be a perfect edition to Skyrim's bland Beast Races. Drowned Haunts: There are only one to three places in Skyrim's Overworld that contain underwater entrances. But what about whole submerged caverns? Now we're talking! Of course, I think it would be seven time better if someone made a swimming mod that added underwater combat (Flying Mod Beta, but underwater). Unique Follower AI: I know what you may think. AFT. UFO. What about a mod that edits your Follower's role in combat, i.e. healing the group and holding enemy protection. This could go perfectly with any Follower mods, and it will be a god-send if it was coupled with Ohm, because he is afraid to get injured. This would mean you would have to work with mod authors to get it compatible. More Custom Male Followers: Just... just make this a reality. Do I really need to explain this...At this point I'm just making stuff up at the top of my head, so I'll just stop here. Anyone interested in my ideas?
  11. It was a plugin issue. There was a plugin that is clearly broken, and a plugin that was incompatible with a similar, updated one! Thanks for the help anyway! PS: hothtrooper44 Armorcompilation.esp (which, I believe, is part of Immersive Armours) was the broken plugin.
  12. Just validated my files. It seems there was a file missing on Skyrim... I don't know if it hurt anything.
  13. I could try and look at dirty edits. I didn't run TESEdit, so that might be part of the problem. Also, the Steam plugins showed up in my Plugins menu. I activated them, so I'll see if it works.
  14. A small box does appear in the corner, but it doesn't leave (is that what is should do?). This happens immediately on startup.
  15. So, I just downloaded a load of mods, got them activated, ran FNIS Loader, ran BOSS, everything. Then, after waiting for Skyrim to startup SKSE, the game... just... won't load. I open the Task Manager a little while later (the computer lagging was the first sign something was wrong), and the "Skyrim" task had the "Not Responding" text in red letters. I'm not sure what happened, but every time I load up Skyrim, it happens. I've loaded both Nexus and Steam Workshop mods, but I doubt that is the problem (because a similar case is happening with Minecraft). Any ideas?
  16. I think I figured out how Ohm can show is injuries. The injury would likely be on the wing, and the wound is a shattered bone on his left wing, past the hands and up the rest of the wing. Although it would be stupid to make that part flop around, the would can be seen on the texture, scar tissue covering the entire "finger", (the Elder Scrolls Dragon's design is based on the Wyvern, and what the dragon walks on is the hand. The bone that extends the wings is the "finger", if you know what I mean). That would mean that if he tried to fly, that finger will hurt tremendously. Along with that, scars can appear on other parts of his body: one scraping the left side of his face, another down his neck, and several cuts on his chest and tail. Ohm is no stranger to abuse, but dreads every second of it. It may be a good idea to keep him at a distance from your foes. The scars tell the tale.
  17. I just made an explanation page for the idea of the Aetherborn Trilogy. It is linked here.
  18. The actual plot goes somewhat different. In Anomaly, Amuil is the Dragonborn, except for the one point where another Dragonborn is referenced. Amuil gained his Dragonborn powers after Olm found his frozen prison (he was trapped in time, thanks to the works of "Anima". Also the reason I used Anima was that another force just like him exists in another story: Xicohtencatl, the Void Weaver (Which is Aztec). If I changed Anima's name, I would have to use an Aztec name, which is already confusing.) Ohm, well aware the time vault couldn't be broken until it's set time-frame is reached, gave a piece of his soul to fill Amuil's soul-shriven void. How the story arc can begin is exactly how the whole journey begins. I was thinking of implementing the courier system, setting a bounty for Elsa Spellweaver (Shahei Geeltus), Maxwell's adopted daughter, after a threat by Falamo against her life in order to break Maxwell. Of course, the player doesn't realize this, as the letter was forged to look like a typical Imperial bounty letter. This is an actual event in the real story. The courier can tell the player how he feels sorry for the child, and asks you to locate Maxwell. That could start the story arc. To be blunt, each ending is sad. However, the first ending stated is actually the good ending. The others are alternate endings where you make the wrong decisions. No matter what ending happens, Anima is repelled, and Mundus can never again be threatened by that force. Obviously, if you choose the good ending, you will loose a powerful follower, and gain another that is slightly less powerful: Amuil. Killing Falamo also de-powers Ohm, who was a deadly force before, and you loose Shahei. Getting Amuil killed removes both him and Zeon from the follower pool (Zeon has harsh words for you for the loss of his friend, and, trust me, if you plan on making a stealth character, you will not want to lose him), and hinders your relationship with Maxwell and Amuil's original crew (in the form of sometimes refusing your requests or just flat out abandoning you). To get the good ending, it may be a good idea to pay attention to the story. Analyze every character, and absolutely pay attention to Anima's conversations. Forces like him are manipulative, so the actions of some may not be their own.
  19. Unfortunately, there is no way to acknowledge the player in the actual story. When the story is implemented into the mod, the modder will need to add some creative twists to add the player to the story. In the main story, there is one reference to the Dragonborn, but will only happen once. The modded story would be slightly different.
  20. Unfortunately, in the main story, there is no reference to the player. It would simply be impossible to implement due to the vast variety of choices in their actions. It may have to be up to the modder on how the player is implemented.
  21. Amuil Geeltus will be a person you work with. Although he could be made into a follower, he was a character I often use for Elder Scrolls games. Since I will be playing Skyrim with this character anyways, I might as well not make him someone who constantly follows you around. Darglaf the Lion, Zoena Lemes, and Teegul Metus are characters from Amuil's traveling party in the Fourth Era. Zeon is a soloist with his own agenda, despite caring deeply for Amuil's safety. Maxwell Collins is unique because there is something mysterious driving him on his current path. You will learn why in the story. Ohm is the only remaining Follower of Terra, the Lost Divine of Hope, and the only featured dragon in the story. One of Amuil's descendents, Shahei, is under the care of Maxwell Collins, under the adoptive name of Elsa after a dispute with the Thalmor Justicar Falamo Jaerian. She is pivotal in the initiation of the story arc. Falamo Jaerian is a rival of Maxwell Collins, after Collins beat the former in a game of Chess. He is one of the antagonists throughout the first half of the story. Not many know what the mysterious force Anima really is. Some say he really isn't a material being at all. However, one thing is for certain: he cannot be trusted. The main story (outside the mod) has one ending. The modded story has three. Each outcome is dictated by what choices you make. However, each ending is quite similar to one another. One causes Terra to return to his role as the giver of hope, but at the cost of sacrificing his friendships. Another gets Amuil killed. And the final one kills Falamo, but also kills Shahei, and nearly kills Olm. No matter what happens, the ending isn't good.
  22. This is a big puppy as for my large story arc concepts. As you probably don't know as of yet, I am in the process of writing a story based in the Elder Scrolls universe, called Elder Scrolls: Anomaly. Although the story is only in it's draft stage (I may even re-write it with new concepts and updated characters), the story is vast, and explores the mysteries of what created not just the world, but all of existence. The original story follows Amuil Geeltus, an Argonian who was freed from enslavement by the Ebonheart Pact during the events of Elder Scrolls Online, on a journey to discover who he really is, and to retrieve his stolen soul from Molag Bal. On the way, he met the kind-hearted but mysterious Imperial Maxwell Collins, the shadowy Kajiiti Assassin Zeon Solspoor, the loyal Breton Achin Vallas, and learn of the mysterious "ninth" (because there were eight at the time) divine, Terra, the Divine of Hope, and the malevolent force of pure darkness, Anima. Eventually, his journey finds him far outside his own time, released from a frozen time vault by the Thalmor of the Fourth Era. He learns that he had been given a soul, but not his own (he gained the soul of a dragon). On the search for this "gifter", he stumbles back into an old friend's arms: that of Maxwell Collins, defending Amuil's descendants. He also encounters Zeon, who has lived via Vampirism. Eventually, he finds an unexpected truth that not only forced him to question his purpose, but also change everything he thought about the realms beyond, and unlocked the hidden secret behind the creation of all worlds: the mysterious energy known as "Aether" This story is a long line in the planned stories of the Aetherborn Trilogy, a string of stories that spans multiple franchises, all connected under one, complex idea. Now, the mod details. Obviously, this will be a long story mod, drawing directly from the source material. However, the story will have to be adapted (as the current version contains vanilla characters and a mod follower, to be changed soon), and there are definitely tons of plot points to cover. To start, the story arc will expand on the mod concept presented here, using many of the equipment found within. The mod will also add several new spells relevant to the story, a few more followers, new powers, new locations, and an extremely unique dragon follower, Ohm the Devout. The current line up for followers is: Zeon, a Vampire follower with a unique stealth AI and Vampire Lord Form; Maxwell Collins, who is practically impossible to kill and has unique powers and AI; Dagrlaf the Lion, a Nord Paladin with unique defensive powers and protective behavior AI; Zoena Lemes, a Breton Cleric with a special Healing AI and a Marriage option; Teegul Metus, a custom Argonian follower who wields a Bow and is a typical Ranger character. Some of the new locations should contain unique puzzles linked to the story (and may even appear in the new version), and a few locations act as a way to gain new powers. Every new spell, location, character, and voiced line would be custom made, using new textures, effects, models, animations, designs, and custom lines made by voice actors. The new version of the story will be released in due time, and when it does, the real progress can begin. I will link the new story once it has gains sufficient progress...
  23. I would like to make a request for a unique Dragon follower, called Ohm the Devout. The Dragon can change between Human and Dragon form, can utilize multiple shouts, but is effectively land-bound, unable to fly due to permanent injuries sustained during the Dragon Wars. Right now, I want the dragon to be utilized as a standalone follower, with connections to another mod series, linked here. Storywise, Ohm the Devout is the only remaining follower and the greatest friend of the Lost Divine of Hope, Terra. He watches the world from a Human form granted to him by his companion, awaiting his master's return to godhood. He granted the Argonian Amuil Geeltus a piece of his soul to fill the void in Amuil's shell, and is currently only one of three aware of the threat of Anima. My ultimate goal is to include Ohm as one of the few followers included in the work in progress story Elder Scrolls: Anomaly. Since Ohm is a story-based follower, he must have a custom voice, and a quest to add him to your pool of followers. He must also have a unique appearance and animation set, because he is land-bound. In the story, I planned for his skin-color to be a grayish blue. He'll use far more shouts than a normal Dragon, and, while in human form, will be a Mage-type character. His character is quiet friendly, but his voice sometimes shows anguish due to his injuries, and can sometimes be a bit blunt. The player can ask about his injuries, Terra, and, eventually via doing his quests, learn about his personal problems. In both forms, he'll stay out of range, and, despite his enormous size an armor, is quite afraid of injury, pushing back his opponents whenever he can. It is the player's duty to keep opponents away from Ohm, because he is at his best at a range. I know there is a Dragon Follower like this as a mod, but this is for a story mod, so it has to be unique.
  24. Hello guys. I want to make a request for a special magic mod. To start of, the mod I was thinking of, which I'll just call "Oblivocast", is a gameplay overhaul that changes how magic can be cast in Skyrim. Here is some points I want to bring up: Manual Operation: This mod would function much like the popular Smartcast on the Nexus, with a few changes. First, there would be no auto-cast for spells. Instead, the mod would revolve around manual activation, using the spell via a hot-key. Hence, the spells in question can be used much like a power instead of using a hand.Dual-Casting: The spell will always follow the guidelines of dual-casting, always consuming more magicka than if single-casting. This will greatly affect the need for the dual-cast perk, no matter the spell being used.Freeing Up a Hand: Let's say I want to play a Two-Handed-warrior-type character who is also proficient in magic. I want to quickly change between using a Two-Handed Sword and shocking enemies into oblivion without having to eat up a quick-slot. Pressing the hot-key, I immediately cast sparks on the enemy, and continue casting it until I hit the hot-key again. Without any additional labor, I re-draw my Greatsword. I switch my selected spell in my favorites menu to Thunderbolt later on, and pressing the hot-key uses the cast time, launching the bolt after charging, and I immediately switch back to my Greatsword without any additional hot-key action.Leveling and Magicka Overhaul: To compensate for the lack of spell usage in your active hands, the leveling process is slightly increased. Also, to compensate for the always-dual-cast problem, Magicka regen is increased by 60% passively.Usage Beside Normal Powers/Shouts: Since the spells use a separate hot-key to activate, you can use these spells alongside shouts without having to choose one or the other. How it Could Work: To be realistic, this mod is really just a work-around to the whole process of switching equipment, just like switching between a bow and a sword-and-shield. All it really does is briefly dual-equip the selected spell, then load up the previous weapon. Somewhat simple modding, but it can go a long ways.Of course, this is just a concept. I tried to keep this request as balanced as possible, because, as you guys already probably know, Smartcast is quite overpowered.
  25. All of the ideas are good. However, there should also be a few more mods that alter appearance. For me, the lack of Argonian hairstyles (that don't have horns) is pretty disappointing. I think Unique Beast Races has the other part covered (the feet and hands, of course). Now, if this idea allowed for further customization (i.e. more hairstyles, a better use for the tails than the one listed, and a unique unarmed animation pack), then I'll be happy.
