  1. Try uninstalling the high res dlc pack, and then retry the different face, body texture mods. The one's I am using, High poly faces, 2k face mod, and I think a few others. You might need to do some arranging on the left side of MO2, but it is possible to get them to work without getting the black face bug.
  2. Check any texture mods your using that have loose files, or loose files in general, and no .esp. The crappy optimalization this game has, loose files seem to cause studder. If you are using Real HD Face Textures mod, or a similar mod pack it into a BA2. Real HD Face was my biggest problem with the same shuddering your having without realizing it.
  3. If you using the Real HD face textures mod, put all the loose files in a ba2. That really fixed the studder I was getting changes zones.
  4. Thank you. I have not ever had the AFT issue you have mentioned. But I am sure there are features I have never used. By the way, what you say about it only matters if it conflicts, is that true for any mod? Yes, any mod might conflict with another mod for any number of reasons. The lower .esp will all ways win conflicts. It is not all ways true with settlement mods. I have tried some that no mater where I place them they just don't work.
  5. My game constantly crashes due to pathing errors. As far as I can tell it is not mod related, as my crash log from Buffout 4 calls this a general, generic pathing manger crash. How can I find what is causing this crash, or even fix it. This game is unplayable due to it.
  6. My issues with this is when I was using Vis-G item sorting and AFF. They but use flash resources, but Vis-G use's more, so the game will crap out using both. Now I don't use any sorting mods with AAF.
  7. Body slide is just a tool to make different body looks. It has no presets on its own. You have to install install a body mod, like cbbe, which has the sliders, and presets. Most armor, and clothing mods also have sliders for body slide, but not all.

  9. Make sure all AfF mods have been updated. An out of animation mod will do this. Also make sure you have the required mod as well. I can't recall which, but one of the animation patch mods add additional requirements, which can create additional issues. The lovers lab page has a very good trouble shooting guide the also lists recommended mods, and mods that are not compatible with AFF.
  10. I am using Sim Settlements, and with the ASAM sensor, it is a junk item. Every time I put all my junk in a workshop they go with it, and many time I forget to take them back. How to I change this, and still be able to craft them when needed?
  11. A few month's ago I fried my motherboard. Got everything set, and trying to get back into FO4. Took a bit to get it working, but may of my mods ether did not load correctly, or would crash if I opened anything. So I finally did the last thing I wanted to do. Get a M.2 drive, and use that as my primary drive. I cloned my boot drive from a HHD to an M.2 drive. reinstalled FO4 to the M.2, and changed all MO2 path's, so it knows where FO4 is. I am 99.9% sure I did it correctly, but never know. MO2 dose find my CC mod's so I think all the paths are correct. When I go to start the game, it starts up fine, until the mod list & the Creation Club menu's turn green. The game just crash's at that point. The only thing I have not done is uninstall/reinstall MO2, but it did have an update, so I did do that. I am not sure if it is safe to uninstall, as I don't want to redo all my mods unless I have to. The game runs fine without any mods, by going thru the game .exe. It dose run quite fast being on a M.2 drive, so I am kinda wondering if that might be to fast for MO2 to handle? Or dose MO2 need to be reinstalled?
  12. Found this issue, Flashy(joeR)- Crime and Punishment. I don't seem to be the only one with this issue.
  13. what happens to most settlers is after I assign them to a task, or some new settlers show up, or go to, say, Abernathys farm, the settlers seem to be continually teleporting to the workshop, and/or assignment. It only started after installing AAF. Which I know is working correctly. My mods
  14. The High-Res DLC, and face mods Like Looks Menu. I sometimes, very rarely get a bug that turns the face brown due to Looksmenu, but quick save and reload fixes that for me. This sounded permanent. I am having the same issue right now, but not with my char. Only select male NPCs have black faces. I do not think it's looks menu related, as I reinstalled it thinking something is overwriting it, or a load order issue what a mod that was overwriting it. Have to wait until the weekend to mess with it and hope I can fix it.
