In response to post #50676477. #50680702, #50681972 are all replies on the same post. Good luck getting FO3 to run on any version of windows after vista on Steam. GOG's FO3 just runs!!!!! I have confirmed that it run perfectly on a win 7 tower, win 8 tower and a win 10 laptop. Im so happy.

I have actually went back and downloaded a couple manually as well and encounter the same problem..its as if i have not downloaded the files at all. The last file i was able to endorse was about 2 months ago...i have downloaded around 8 files since then and they dont register as being downloaded at all. So i have tried downloading with the mod manager as well as downloading and installing manually, same issue unfortunately.

Not sure where else to place this. The last couple of months i have had this problem, I downloaded files for Skyrim and FO4. I would really like to endorse these files but for some reason i am unable to... I click the Endorse button and it tells me i have not downloaded the file...yet i have. Any idea why it is stating i have not downloaded the file, when i have and cannot endorse these files? Daynox.

my problem is that all the fires, torches, dragons breath weapons just arnt there....the game runs flawlessly other wise. i installed ESBGraphicEnhancment mod which made everything appear but it crashes randomly.... is there maybe something in the ini file or main game options that i can play with?...its not a huge game wrecker but i would like to see all the effects..

i was kinda figuring that :wallbash: im gonna install FO3 on all my systems, i got an XP, Vista, and Win7 with the same patches, mods and the like, have the same data folders in each directory. one of these bloody operating systems have got to handle this game better than the others :confused: thanx for the replies guys. Heya everyone. i really want to get back into FO3...ive spent almost 260 hours in New Vegas and am sorely missing the large subways and closeness of the downtown core of DC! i have the FO3 boxedset and also a Steam account.. now here is the ?, is the digital steam download more "stable" ? because after playing FO3 for a while it always ends up crashing constantly for some reason... any other advice would be welcome. thanx for your time. :thumbsup: Daynox

ill be getting one :thumbsup: I still got both my C-64's with all the programming manuals and coding books. Even the old Dataset! :biggrin: a box full of cartridges, 3 containers of 100's of disks with god knows how many games.... every now and then i hook one up and play some Pools of Radiance, Curse of the Azure bonds or Bards Tale. has anyone tried this game? its actually pretty good for a space sim, and the free play is pretty cool. does anyone know where to by the bigger freighters though? ive been looking around for some time and cant seem to find one. right now im in the Draglon Explorer making a living by mining and moving freight, but i want the bigger cargo ships. like the EMD/UF/Chulta Olirion/Draglon Cargoships. Do you have to be a certain rank before they appear? I wouldnt mind flying one of them Frigates/ Cruizers if they are available..... any help would be most appreciated. Thanx :thumbsup: Daynox

I collect a bunch of things...or hoard them :whistling: Ive got dozens of gaming systems going back to the begining of time, with 1000's of games for them all. AD@D 2nd edition- 90% of everything that came out during its run...thats a lot of books and boxed sets :wacko: weapons!..all kinds, guns, swords, other...bladed types. bows and xbows.... computers and other tech.... I love my "Command Center"! money, old and new.. from all over the world..all locked up in an old pirate looking treasure chest :tongue:

thats the sword with sheath.. it was wrapped in an oily type cloth when we found it...i think the handle and sheath are wrapped in leather to...

im pretty sure its a Japanese Katana thats the best i can do with the markings though...you cant really see them if i take a picture of them on the sword :confused: took this pic to with quikcam..

Hey all.. Im hoping someone can translate something for me. These were found on a sword i stumbled upon in an old attic while doing a cleanup after my friends grandad passed... this sword isnt some stainless steel piece of garbage you can buy anywhere....we tested the sword on a multitude of items and it remained totally nick/dent free, that included striking a piece of re-bar....which is now missing a chunk :blink: my friend believes if might be the name of the person who made it.....but i dont know and thats why im here :thumbsup: hoping someone can tell me what these symbols/letters mean. A huge thanx in advance to the own who can help.

I truly feel that the elder scrolls is much better off being single player! If there was a multiplayer mode, you could say bye bye to modded content..unless everyone had the exact same mods in the exact same order..and if someone didnt, they would see giant red explanation points everywhere. Unless they made it like NWNII where you download the needed content when you join a server and can go from there..... Would the game be hosted on someone's pc? they start a server and friends join? or would it be a "global" list of servers that you would be able to join..in which case my above comment comes into play. Then there is also the problem of the cheaters and assclowns you would no doubt run into if there is open servers from a global list...and who would moderate these servers? No!...the Elder Scrolls is MUCH better off being single player. Give us Skyrim, shipped with the construction set and i think everyone will be happy! ^_^ Daynox

I found a pretty cool place... Just south of Deadwind? cavern...the one with all the Deathclaws, there is a way to get to the top of the mountain/hill there......a small trail winds its way up and around this hill to the top where a circle of stones sit....and offers 360 degree view of the entire wasteland...pretty cool place for screenshots and photo ops :thumbsup: Daynox

I get a BSOD every now and then aswell.... i backup everything i got on my main tower to one of my externals at least once a week!... there is a program called Blue Screen Viewer that is free and will tell you exactly what happened during that incident...just fire up the program after re-booting and it shows you everything...you still might need to google the exact error codes it gives you to find out how to fix the problem (if it can be fixed) like bben says....your drive WILL die eventually!, and dont be like a friend of mine...who stored EVERYTHING on his one hd...years of music, family photos, everything......then one day..it made a sound like an old moose getting a root canal then screeched for a second then it just stopped...that was it. lost everything :wacko: nothing lasts forever! The Legend of Zelda is a classic. Always will be! I have the original gold cartrige with box and book, same NES my parents bought me when it first came out...and also picked it up on the wii for the hell of it.... forest..... up one screen, left one screen, down one screen, left into the grave yard :tongue: i spent a heck of a lot of time in that game...playing the first and second "quests"..and to this day remember what bush to burn, what section of wall to place a bomb at, what boulder to push :thumbsup: ahh....good times!! :wink: Daynox

You got that right! I had the original when it first came out..and spent a hell of a lot of all nighters playing it. Id say one of the best of its kind for the times. i didnt even get half way through that trailer.....its absolute Rubbish....and a total insult to those who have played its predecesors. >:( Maybe its time i picked it up from steam...kick it ol school once again! :thumbsup:

minus all the problems that Dead Money gave a lot of people..... maybe they can release all these ones actually bug free, without making them available for download, then updating them every 3 days, because of problems... Quess we'll have to wait and see how these ones are :whistling:

you can change what key opens the pipboy...try changing it to something else, try it ingame, then change it back to Tab....other than that im not sure why it wouldnt be working unless a mod is borking it :huh:
