Thank's for the tip! I was also having problems with crashing in exterior cells. Basically after walking for a couple minutes I'd try to open a menu and the game would crash. The log was filled with "RentRoomScript.psc" and "DLC2PillarBuilderActorScript " errors, and after trying a few other things, I took your advice and removed the apachii esm, and it worked! I was able to keep another hair mod active (not oblivion hair), and it works fine. I still get occasional crashes in exterior cells (again it seems to be related to RentRoomScript.psc), but I'm able to play for far, far longer now.
