After Reinstalling Skyrim, NMM and importing all my mods back everything seems to be going smoothly, except one thing. Some mods either don't go through their usual setup, or only will once but if I disable them they won't go through that process again, working as intended? What if I wanted to change those options?

So now I can't even activate mods, NMM always crashes whenever I touch a mod now, sigh.

In response to post #29120289. No one else? Half my mods are now grayed out too so can't even install them manually...

So if it crashed while trying to redo all my mods, how do I get it to resume that process?
