I think once I get bored I'll download every mod that looks interesting. There's a least one town someone's designed, complete with quests. I just thought there might be a program that could generate random things like that, then you could feed them into fallout as a mod. I mean all it needs to do is make a random building using a set of instructions, place characters in random places, and get a few of them to give you quests to find certain objects etc. A human isn't really needed to design a quest.
