  1. Hi all--I've been searching the internet for a solution to the problem posed by this post, but haven't found anything yet, so I'm resurrecting it. (Hope this isn't against any of the rules.) I, too, am having a similar error when loading the Tamriel worldspace in the Creation Kit. It reads: "MODELS: BONE 'NPC Belly' not found for part 'BASEdata\Meshes\armor\imperial\f\cuirassheavy_0.nif'. Requested by 'Legate Rikke' model 'NPC'. When I click "Yes to all", like I do with most of the little errors the CK throws at me, the game freezes and then crashes. I'm running the game through MO, if that affects anything. I hope it isn't the Requiem mod interfering with the original data. Is that a possibility?
  2. Hi guys, Apologies if this question is inane--I've only been working with the CK for four days. I've been watching tutorials and working in my own custom player house inside a cave. None of the tutorials I've seen address this issue: I like that caves feel very rough, but in certain areas of the home I really need some flat surface floors without any lumps. Is there a way to completely flatten cave floors? I'm putting down some furs and carpets, but it looks terrible when the cave floor has parts that stick out through the meshes. Thank you for taking the time to help a noobie!
  3. Yeah, I saw that video, but that mod was discontinued 2 years ago and is no longer on the Nexus. Also, it's problematic for anyone who uses an overhaul that affects the perk trees (which I believe is basically everyone now).
  4. Hi All, It seems very strange to me that there is no tailoring mechanic built into Skyrim. We can create all sorts of awesome armors, and there's even a perk tree dedicated to doing so. Why can't we craft clothing and robes? My idea is to have tailoring added to the game, included in the Smithing tree. To make it more compatible with mods that alter the perk trees, I don't think there should be individual tailoring perks added, but rather that certain "patterns" would be unlocked according to the various perk tiers, i.e. Dwarven, Ebony, Daedric, etc. This is also very interesting because custom clothes could be made with those themes in mind. What would the ancient Dwemer clothing look like? It leaves a lot of room for creativity in making interesting new clothing designs. Higher tier clothing could even have unique bonuses for thief or mage characters, or speech craft bonuses for all characters, too. Imagine actually wanting to change into nice clothes upon arriving into town, solely for the Speech bonuses when you go to sell your wares. It adds a lot of immersion and it could actually be a helpful mechanic. Other things could be made, too, like bandages (a la WoW). I hope something like this gets developed one day! It would add a nice crafting element to non Light/Heavy armor builds!
