I know my way around modding, but I have no idea how to make textures and meshes and what I'd like to do is make the shack foundation a lot taller / higher so that you don't have to lower them down when building with them. Has this been made? Is there someone willing to do it or point me in the right direction?

Wrong section, buddy-o. This is Fallout 3, not Fallout: New Vegas.

This would be a monumental edit in game mechanics and I'm not sure if even FOSE could pull this off.

There are mods to add Nazi armors into the game, and there are easy tutorials both on the GECK wiki and youtube. Take this chance and become a modder, friend!

This would be a fairly easy thing to create with a basic understanding of the GECK so I don't see the purpose in creating something for you when you would benefit way more from creating it yourself. I do however enjoy the idea, even though it doesn't fit in with the lore, it would make things interesting.

I'm a pretty decent modder, but I'm all out of ideas. Got any? Also, what are the features you guys want in player homes?
