  1. I love the game, but as others have pointed out, it has a few serious issues. Bad While I have become used to the interface and can navigate it well, it really is annoying and I look forward to mods to fix it. The map is hard to look at for me. I was hoping for something more like the map in Oblivion. The game is buggy, but I can look past that until we have official/unofficial patches out. Still annoying when my companions get stuck. >.> Like in a Oblivion and the Fallout games, I don't like how the game is adjusted based on your level. It is still much better than Oblivion in this respect, but I played Oblivion with OOO to fix it. Good NPCs are sooooo much more believable with the better voice acting and actual lives. I really feel immersed with them while in Oblivion it was a pain hearing their odd disjointed conversations. Dungeons, like, holy s***. It's like night and day. Dungeons are sooooo much more fun this time around and I really like stopping at all the random dungeons I see while in Oblivion I only stopped at them for quests most the time. Combat is a huge improvement over Oblivion. Really nice. Game world. The environments are so much more believable than the boring repetitive forest in Oblivion. This world feels bigger too with the huge looking mountains. Weather is better too. Just about everything else. While I still feel Morrowind is my favorite game in the series(Haven't played Daggerfall(waiting for DaggerXL) or Arena), this game is a lot of fun. All I need are some mods to fix menus, leveling, and immersion and I will very very happy.
  2. I've been mixing destruction and conjuration a lot. I like using magic skills any opportunity I get!
  3. Yeah, I'm playing a heavily fire oriented mage and had zero issue taking them down. Dragons are easy too, but it takes a bit more effort I feel like.
  4. Same. I want to see something the first time and be terrified! xP
  5. Walking could be a tad bit faster. I feel like a snail switching from running to walking.
  6. I also would like this. There is food all over the place and I see no reason to eat it. Also, with the new leveling system there is no longer a need to rent rooms to sleep. It really adds to the immersion just having to rent rooms every once in a while...
  7. Are you crazy? the map is huge, finding a location would take you forever, you must have a lot of time on your hands. p.s. get a job. "lol only joking" I managed fine in Morrowind without it. I also would like to see a mod like this.
  8. I think the character models are a huge improvement over Oblivion. They were trying to be more realistic with this game.
  9. Playing the game for a year will not fix the UI in anyway without mods or a fix from the devs. I don't really care about the backstory that much. But what i don't understand is how on earth do you make a backstory in a game? you can not play the game before it starts, you can not go back in time in any of the TES games as far as i know. So please tell me how you can make a backstory about a char in a game if you can not play the past (don't say make it up you're self. That is not what this is about) I am pretty much sure that the game is a great play like the rest of the tes games if you can look away about the poor UI and in general bad convert from consoles It's called RP, bro. You make it up for funsies.
  10. How crappy? I have an 8800GT and was hoping to play this game with that until I can afford a new pc.
  11. I really want expansion packs. DLCs make me sad.
  12. Voted neither as I'm not sure what my first sex will be. I will definitely do both though.
