The only "good" ending doesn't involve the whish granter and yes, you need to see a certain doctor to get the right clues.

Yes there are more endings depending on what you whish for. Tip: Don't make a whish, find your way to the C-Concious.

Is there a quest for clearing Fort Greymor at all? I never had one coming up. It always gets infested by the Empire or the Stormcloaks after a while, who ever has the upper hand in that region.
