  1. Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, unless I am mistaken, that is only for the forum posts, not posts on the mod pages themselves. That is basically where I have done all of my posts. Or is there something that I am missing?
  2. Of all the things we lost in the transition, the one I am missing the most is the post count in the Mod Posts tab. I realize it is not a perfect solution, but I checked that constantly when reading posts as a measure of people's experience. The Kudo count is ok, and I would look at that too, but I am saddened that the post count is gone. I hoped there would still be a place to look it up, but I can't find it. And I enjoyed looking at my own post count. I went from a fairly large number to less than 10 (and only here in the forum). Many here lost more than me. I haven't used the forum much, so the forum post count doesn't mean that much to me. The forum is a little prettier now, and I know that the improved "under the hood" stuff is not always obvious to users, but I hope the Mod page post count can return.
  3. Yeah, it was strange. like I said, I ran Steam's Verify Integrity. It said everything was fine. But then when I tried to run Loot or xEdit from inside MO2, they wouldn't load. One of them gave me a message that I might have to run the game through Steam once to re-set (I think it was) the registry. That's when I posted here based on an Internet search. I started the game from Steam (hadn't done that in over a year) and it seems to have fixed Loot and xEdit. BTW, when I went to re-clean the DLCs and Update.esm (which I also had done over a year ago) the file dates (created and modified) for those files were still the old ones so I am assuming I don't need to actually re-clean them. Is that correct? Holy cow, I can't believe I made such a rookie mistake to post in the wrong forum! Thanks!
  4. OK, thanks! I can re-clean my DLCs and Update.esm. 1) No, I did not intentionally delete any .ini files. I had just read somewhere that the process might overwrite some ini files. I am not even sure which ones. I would assume skyrim.ini and skyrimprefs.ini, which are in the MO2\profiles\ folders. Are you saying that neither running Steam's Verify Integrity check or starting Skyrim SE from Steam will harm any ini files? If that is the case that is good. 2) And if my ini files DO get overwritten, which ones do I need to back up or rebuild? Any others besides skyrim.ini and skyrimprefs.ini? Thanks again! I was afraid I had messed up my MO2 profiles!
  5. Earlier today I used Steam's Verify Integrity to try to troubleshoot an issue. The check said all is well, but now when I try to launch Loot or XEdit, I get messages that they can't find my Skyrim SSE. Loot says run the game from Steam, instead of MO2, to reset it. I have not done that yet. I am concerned I could wreck my huge MO2 Skyrim SE build. Looking on the Internet I see that my .ini's may be messed up. I had used Bethini to make them over a year ago. What should I do? Is it safe to run Skyrim briefly from Steam? What should I backup before I do that? Is it already too late? Thanks!
  6. I have Skyrim SE, Win 7, MO2, many mods. Its been working for some time but I now have this problem: Game appears to be running fine. I hit tab to go into inventory. The game freezes. However; the console still works. I hit tilda, the console opens. I can enter things and the console responds. But everything else is frozen solid. I must control-alt-delete to get out. It seems to happen when I want to open a chest, but that may be coincidence. Also, the two most recent mods installed are Amazing Follower Tweaks SE and Immersive Citizens - AI Overhaul SE. I have tried uninstalling them but that didn't fix it. Maybe I didn't uninstall them right? They were working for a few days fine before the trouble. Any ideas? Thanks so much!
