  1. head bob is artificial anyway. walking or running and sighting on something your head/neck, and eyes are quite capable of tracking and you'll perceive no noticeable 'bob' not saying anything's wrong with wanting a mod that does it. but i've been thankful that beth hasn't cheesed out and done it. bob was a way to artificially increase difficulty in fps's...fake realism. realistically...your head doesn't bob enough to make your eyes lose tracking unless you're in a vehicle, drunk, going over endless speedbumps >.>
  2. use of ham radios as activators to declare war/make peace on factions. one thing, does not initially change the factions infamy level towards (still changes the multiplier though for infamy gain) you as you will be seen as a crack pot at first until you take the first hostile action. mainly thought of this and may try it myself (though i know nothing of scripting) so that a faction you are at war with you no longer lose karma for stealing their stuff (for one) still counts as a hostile action towards that faction though (if seen) doubles infamy gain if initially neutral towards the faction for all actions. murder, theft, loot, pillage, plundering. while at war assassin squads will be much more likely to be dispatched by the faction you are at war with even at low levels of infamy. opposing factions might help or declare war with you (optional) making peace requires caps to bribe the faction, with multiplier x10, x20, x30 etc per infamy level. (may be too high?) reckon at vilified around 50,000 caps to make neutral again. war is serious business and expensive ^^ also optional...town leaders/VIP's accepting caps or other goods as donations towards the well being and expansion of their towns/areas raises rep with them. about 1/8 or 1/4 value vs what you gain questing. so it would take a lot to raise levels vs the amount of rep gained by one quest. (neutral to liked approx 5000 caps worth and doubles from there every rank. is it even doable with fnv's scripting engine?
