so i can drag the size to how i want it and even move it to diff parts of screen ? ultimate goal is to have morrowind and skyrim running side by side or stacked on top of each other like boxes or just have one in middle ofm y screen i can move to side if some one wanted to chat in skype http://www.computerhope.com/issues/pictures/resize.jpg this type of window this is what I want is it possible ?

in terms of character models at minimal ? i love this game but character models they are soo dated it sad player arms look wrong and NPC movement looks like they are made of Lead and will break if they try to bend their legs just wanting something bit more realistic looking with more fluid animation .-. is it possible

i posted my comp specs its not bad its just lack a graphics card i can probably play vanilla on high-ultra but unsure if i can couple that with graphic enhancements
