Happened to me too. psychic lock knowledge, immersive wenches and helmet overlays. I reinstalled the 3 affected mods but still got the warning. I am running about 300 mods. The game doesn't seem to be affected by these 3, they all work as they should although I've got other bugs going on (not related I don't think), so I've just ignored it. I'm wondering if they will cause problems later though. This was straight after the latest vortex update btw.
