  1. I want to know what mod/name/title of this mod is where it adds chinese dresses to Fallout 3? Chinese or asian apparel. I remember seeing some images with it.
  2. I quicksaved before I entered the mainframe offices, saved before I entered RobCo. Both to no avail..... I don't think the quest is done either since the robots don't get activated without the widget. It just says no power or something. I tried seeing if there was a <lie> to be made, yeah apparently theres none and the quest is still incomplete.
  3. The problem is, I don't get a menu or pop up asking me to install the processor widget. I go up to the mainframe, and the only thing I'm able to do is to hack it.... (I have the processor widget by the way)
  4. I can't seem to install the processor widget in the mainframe!? I managed to hack the mainframe and then I come to the terminal screen and hit the program. It then said insufficient power supply or something along those lines. So I couldn't get the protectrons up and running to complete the mission. I tried going behind the mainframe, clicking beside it. But I just can't install the widget inside!! I disabled any terminal related mods but its still the same....
  5. @StealthicKhaos: For a moment I thought you said a BLIMP came out of the dunwich building. My creepiest moment would have to be at night out in the wastelands, with that wasteland ambience mod. It adds random background sounds like people screaming, dogs howling and gunfire and some others. So this one time, a very deep and loud humming or groaning came out. It sounded really, really large, like a monster the size of the megaton town. All of a sudden I see something flying through the head, it was flinged from a distance and landed somewhere behind me. I ran backwards to see what it was, and its a dead protectron. I hear the gunfire and a woman screaming (all wasteland ambience mods). After that I kept my cool, turned backwards and another thing flew over towards me, a death claw spinning 360 landed right. beside. me. Well I moved of course... There was another time in the national archives building, I cleared out the entire area and ran through a hallway with the cow head trap. The trap was already sprung and the cowhead was in clear view. So I just ran pass it and all of a sudden I get knocked down on the floor and the cowhead was swinging.... I swear I never grazed past it or touched it at all. I had low endurance and DR so it hurted alot.
  6. I've pretty much tampered with my data folder so much that I had like... 90-110 mods. I'm guessing this is also the problem but when I look at the list, I sigh and give up. The problem here is that the NPCs would totally pause and stop during a scene where you do not have controls... Basically the most common scene would be the start when "Dad" talks to you and you customize your character's name and appearance. "Dad" would ask you until a certain part like what kind of name, or are you a boy or a girl. It varies at times.... Then the scene would just pause there, the menu does not come up to ask you to choose gender or sometimes change your name. I've experienced a second scene issue as the intro part can be avoided with an external source of save. [might be spoiler] In oasis, the guy asks you to drink the sap and the others would chant/talk/preach. Sometimes I get to the part where they say "amen", sometimes the second guy talks and the entire scene pauses. I have no idea how to solve or remedy this situation.... P.S. When I said pause, the scene is still moving as in "Dad" still wavers around. You can still look around but you are just stuck there. In Oasis, you can look around everyone still wavers their body too... but no additional dialogue or options appear....
  7. Seconded. It was like after an intense serious movie, after the credits; they show a blooper or extras video of everyone still in their costumes dancing in the set. You know, its like this is a "Thank you" or "We welcome you to the fallout universe" kind of video. For some reason, I feel a little sad hearing this song as a "Thank you" video(I assume because it sounds more like it). Like when you completed 'Marvel vs Capcom' and they showed all that cutscenes and credits then ends off with the biggest thank you to the players. Overall, great work man.
