Might be super old and you may never read this, but this setting works for me. Top: Uncheck hidden nodes and collision CHECK: Skeleton only Under MESH: Uncheck the last three CHECK: Generate Strips UNCHECK - Remove Extra Bones.

I too have received achievements while poking around with the console. :)
