  1. I regularly run around with 10 or more companions. They do block some entrances. That's where the Groovatron mod comes in. It allows you to grab NPCs like companions and move them around with the "Z" key like you would with most in-game objects.
  2. For the follower perk, in the same script you use when the follower is hired, add this line: Player.AddPerk QuickDraw; Replace Quickdraw with the name of an existing perk or a perk you made ahead of time.
  3. Are we talking voice modulation as in how an iPhone's Siri talks?
  4. The game engine isn't quite that good. I'm running a Core i7 4770K with R9 280 Crossfire and I still get drops below 30 sometimes at 1080P. Then again, that may or may not be related to the 10 or so companions I have following.
  5. There's quite a few man: http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/45557/? http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/56596/? http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/55871/? http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/37017/?
  6. Basically some sort of character arc. As in the companion is a tad different from when the player first met him. For example, Boone is now at peace or embracing his anger depending on the courier's choices. Compare that to his anger and sadness at the beginning.
  7. The NCR in fallout 2 takes a very large portion of your earnings from caravan runs, and the prices in the NCR town in fallout 2 are extremely bloated compared to the other cities in the game. 1 clip of 10mm ammo would be worth 80 caps in the Den, would be worth 150 in NCR territory. Heavy taxation is one of the most defining traits of the NCR. I was honestly very surprised how laid back the NCR was in New Vegas compared to fallout 2 Well considering that FNV takes place 40 years after Fallout 2, it's not surprising that the pricing of equipment has dropped now that there are now established manufacturing for said equipment. While it is quite true that NCR loves to levy taxes, they only do it in civilian populated areas that they have complete control over. There's really only two civilian areas that the NCR controls: Primm if you choose the NCR and the 188 outpost by the loosest of definitions.
  8. Have you played New Vegas Bounties II: There's a quest there that makes you go into Legion territory. It actually covers a lot of you kind of want: There are technically freed men and women living under Legion rule in a Legion controlled town.
  9. Definitely working on it: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v37/dangman4ever/foajumpsuit_zpsckhohc9b.png Still not quite happy with the color itself. I didn't really like the white of the civilian hoover dam engineers but I can't say this is much better. EDIT: Something slightly better: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v37/dangman4ever/foajumpsuit_zpsdcqd4zbs.png
  10. Honestly, not a complicated mod request to do. If I had free time this weekend, I'd take this up.
  11. Duffle bag? Like maybe one on each side like saddle bags? Correct! Oh and just a heads up: one of the quests in Saxxon's Quest Mods takes place/over at the Mole Rat Ranch
  12. What also increases your chances of getting an outfit or weapons mod done is if you do some of the leg work in finding in-game models or mods with open permissions that with a little bit of modding will turn into the item you want. I.e if you want an Marksman Carbine but with a longer barrel and a iron sights or holographic sights, I can think of a few mods that have either of those but just need to be combined.
