Xipaxius
Hello everyone! Explanation for you: I recently got my first gaming computer and bought both Skyrim SE and Fallout 4, with absolutely no intention of modding either. Well, here I am a couple months later with over 300 mods on Skyrim, which I have gotten a bit bored with. Now, I am back to Fallout. Playing around with the Nexus and Loverslab for Skyrim, I quickly realized I could easily make it very dark and horrifying. However, the Dragonborn is a freaking demigod and one of my favorite things about Skyrim was completely breaking the game and being an absolute overpowered badass. So, I instead went for an amazing, magical world more than a terrifying one. However, I think Fallout is just as well equipped to become a horror game as Skyrim, perhaps even more so, considering the fact your character is dumped into a post-apocalyptic world after living a more or less simple life as a happy mother/father. So, Skyrim is weird and magical and exciting. I want to make Fallout a living hell. SO, that's where I would love to have your help. It took months to get Skyrim modded to where I have it, and it is still not done, I still have mod conflicts to solve and immersion breaks to repair. I am just bored with it at the moment. What mods do you all recommend for this? What I am looking for more specifically is:A darker atmosphere, changes to lighting, textures, and storms.Difficulty enhancements, but with limitation. I want it to be hard, not impossible, and I want to be able to play the quests still. The vanilla enemies are already pretty terrifying, but if you know of something that makes them even more so, please, share it!MORE enemies. I just walked from Sanctuary to Boston and was attacked by three stingwings and one raider gang. I want to have more encounters than that. And anything else you know of, this is my first attempt at this kind of modding so you likely know ways to make it darker that I don't. Anything and everything, I'll even take a look at mods that make it near impossible to play the game if they are interesting enough. I am fine with extremes as well, bring the gore and insanity. Thank you all for your time, I look forward to seeing what you have for me.
