Automatic supply lines/provisioner routes

Hello there!

If I remember correctly, there used to be a mod that set up provisioner routes/supply line routes between your settlements for you. Simply to save the player all the hassle of setting up the network themselves.

And I believe I even downloaded it once, but simply can't remember the name. Anyone got an idea? Thanks in advance! =)

I use Immersive Teleportation 2 ( https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/35109 ) , but not the teleport part of that mod, but the portion of that mod that creates supply lines between any settlement that has the the Telelogistics machine installed. It works very well. Once all my settlements have one of those machines installed, I hardly carry anything with me.
