Vault 21 Interior Missing

I was in the middle of a mission and part of the mission involved going to Vault 21. The first floor is still there, but the door to the common area/rooms is open. The rest of the vault is completely missing. When I walk into the empty area, I pop up the motel entrance. I tried taking off mods that affect the strip but it did not work. While this problem is not to annoying, I want to know if I can fix it.

Try validating the files through Steam.

1. Right click "Fallout:New Vegas
2. Click on properties.
3. Select the "Local Files" tab.
4. Click on "Verify integrity of game cache.."
5. A little popup will verify the files, wait for Steam to verify the files to see if there's any missing textures/Whatever is causing the issue.
6. Download the needed files via Steam(it would automatically start downloading.)
7. Wait for the download to finish.
8. Check Vault 22.
9. If it still happen, check your mods, maybe one of them deletes several parts of Vault 22(Check 1 by one)

You can use either FMM(Fallout Mod Manager), NMM(Nexus Mod Manager) or the game launcher to check the .esp/esm files(Still, assuming you're using any mods) Check 1 by one what I suggested doesn't work.

there is a mod that changes the strip, opens it up and cleans it up, i'm sry i cnt remember what its called but i'm guessing you have it installed, uninstall it and the problem should be cured

It's the Rockwell descent, someone already solved this for me on the Bethesda forums.
