DLL trouble, I think?

Im sorry if I put this in the wrong section, I hope I didnt. Right now, Im having a hard time getting Skyrim SE to run, after installing a bunch of mods (I honestly dislike how it all works now btw.) Anyways, I keep getting this one problem evey time I goto "play" skyrim after loading.

Im not sure how to upload a picture here to show you want Im dealing with, but heres what it says:

EngineFixes.dll

REL / Relocation.h(548): Failed to open file.

I have no idea what that really means, or whats causing it, and naturally have no idea how to fix it. I tried to look for some answers on google, and closest I got was "change the load order" but I honestly have no idea how to change the load order on the mod manager. I tried watching the tutorial guides, but they didnt explain how to change the load order, just mentioned that I could..

I hope someone is able to assist me with this.

Thanks for reading.

Scratch that. I figured that out, apparently I put files into the wrong folder. Got past that, now I got a new issue..

Error

Initiallization failed! Main::Initialize threw an exception. See 'NetScriptFramework.log.txt' file for more information.

Message returned was: InvalidOperationException(Version library error: File not found

(NetScriptFramework.SkyrimSE.1_5_111_0.bin)!)

This one for sure I am clueless about....

Did you download and install the Address Library that's listed as a requirement?

It also looks like some mod you have installed is looking for NetScript Framework, or NetScript Framework is complaining about the version of Skyrim

THIS part of the message

'REL / Relocation.h(548): Failed to open file."

MEans you haven't installed the Address Library

Im not running through steam.. Running through xbox windows app. And as far as I know, is up to date. Besides, Im pretty sure that is the game version, I dont know. I think I need to wait for an update from the mod, since it doesnt support up that high quite yet I dont think.

Don't bother waiting....Nothing on MS Gamepass is going to work properly

From the article

SKSE is required for some of the most popular mods for Skyrim Special Edition, but unfortunately the Game Pass executable version is 1.5.111 - which is a new version of the game (probably to allow Xbox Achievements and Microsoft log in etc.) - whilst the Steam version is 1.5.97.

Doubly unfortunate for players is that it seems like SKSE won’t be updated to the Game Pass version, as the official website says that “SKSE cannot support any potential Windows Store release of Skyrim. Windows Store applications are locked down similarly to consoles and do not allow the APIs necessary for script extenders to work.”

That means that yes, Skyrim Special Edition on Xbox Game Pass does allow for mod support, but only as long as they do not require SKSE to work. There are of course Bethesda.Net mods which have been created without the need for SKSE anyway, but could prove a problem in terms of load order if you have any conflicting mods.
