idrc9432
I dont even understand how i managed to get obse working the first time, but ive tried installing realistic leveling along with, a character model mod that also happened to require block head(?). I got it to work the first time, so then it was time to get realistic leveling working. got that working but now obse just quite working. honestly im crap at modding and all i do understand is "mode file go in game folder" vortex and obmm hasnt shown any mod conflicts. If yall are going to explain anything to me your going to have to dumb it down.
KatsAwful
Don't use vortex or OBMM. Wrye Bash is the simplest mod manager for Oblivion. It seems like you've already installed mods manually, so I do recommend deleting the game and reinstalling, then using Wrye Bash

HeyYou
Don't use ANY manager to install OBSE. Just drag and drop the required files into the correct folder. Create a shortcut to OBSE_Loader on your desktop, and start the game from there.

Pellape
Realistic leveling is very old compare to Ultimate Leveling that Maskar who also made and still updates MOO, updated a year ago and can be set to either exp leveling (Default) or skill leveling (must be set manually in the ini) like realistic leveling in the ini file. The ini file also lets you decide your max level and other nice settings as you do not want to be to high level as then the monster fights will be extremely hard and tiresome. I set my max level to 65, but it might be very high as I did had to adjust my weapons a lot to do proper damage as you will fight monsters between lvl 40-90, mostly lvl 60-65 though if you set lvl 65. When my char got all skills up to 100, the final level ended at lvl 67. It is so nice to use Ultimate leveling as it does include every skill in game and the minor skills gives aprox 1/3 of points to the level compare to the major ones, which does not give anything in vanilla. The best thing is that you can test both, not at the same time though of course as that will cause problems but they auto adjust your char, if you uncheck Realistic and check Ultimate or vice verse until you find out which one you like best, one in a time. I think my char got lvl 80 with realistic leveling and that is way to high for the game to be playable... Realistic leveling is much more simple but also 10 years old and maybe that is a reason Maskar made his own version?
