Random, short, FPS drops.

When I play, I often get these very random and brief FPS drops. It will drop to as low as 0 or to about 20-30 but only for a second, then It returns to normal (Normal=About 60fps)

 

Does it have something to do with my mods or my system?

(*Note: My rig is inside my desk, in sort of a wooden cabinet, could overheating be the issue too?)

 

I have a GTX 660 2GB, an Intel i5-3570k, 8GBs of RAM.

EDIT: Another question.

I had recently installed Sharpshooters ENB.

Initially my FPS about 51, then dropped to 32, then today it dropped to 16 and I had to uninstall at that point.

Any reason for this and any known fixes?
