Put that in SPOILER TAGS so people aren't forced to scroll for miles.

Reading Responses to a thread with a mile long post in it, is aggravating

That WAS a nicer way.

You should see what some people say.

Do you have Subnautica through Epic, Gamepass or Steam

i downloaded qmodmanager exe file from nexus mods and the droped the smlhelper file in the qmods folder in the directory.

So you ran the qmodmanager.exe and it installed itself.

Then you UNZIPPED the SMLHelper ZIp file into the Qmods folder so now you have

A folder called MODDING HELPER, inside the QMODS folder, correct?

Or did you just dump the ZIP file into the Qmods folder?

Inside your qmod folder should look like this

Qmods\Modding Helper\SMLHelper.dll

Qmods\Modding Helper\SMLHelper.xml

Qmods\Modding Helper\Mod.json

So, Qmods\Modding Helper\SMLHelper.dll and SMLHelper.xml, and Mod.json should be in a MODDING HELPER folder, and the Modding Helper folder should be inside the Qmods folder
