Certain mods working but showing in game as exclamation points (!)

I'm currently running several mods, with FOSE installed, and certain mods (VashDeagle, J3x Pilotable Vertibird,

Coyote Reflex Power Armor, Streetlights) are showing up in game as exclamation points. I installed them

correctly, putting the .esp's and whatever other folders (Textures, Meshes) in the Fallout 3/Data folder, and I do

have bInvalidateOlderFiles set to 1 in the Fallout_Default.ini file. Can anyone give me assistance?

I'm currently running on a 64-bit Windows 7 OS. If there's any other information you need just tell me.

Did you change the lighting settings in the Fallout.ini as instructed for Streetlights? Did you put the Coyote Reflex Power Armor files in the Fallout root folder as instructed or in the Data folder?

You did not correct the proper bInvalidateOlderFiles. You do not change the one in Fallout_Default.ini. You need to change the same one as instructed for Streetlights. A white exclamation point in a red square is a warning that the mesh has not been installed.

I did all that stuff correctly, reinstalled all the broken mods and everything, but Streetlights still doesn't work, and the desert eagle mod does not work either. Coyote Power armor however, does work.

Hi baorite,

your load order is ok?, post it for better help, you have a merge patch and boss autosort? you use NMM or FOMM? fomm have a tool for archiveinvalidated and no issue on mod install with nmm may have issue on some old mods.
