What is quickest way (or best) way to bring Skyrim back to Default

What is quickest way (or best) way to bring Skyrim back to Default? I have had a lot of mods installed/unistalled over the past few months and would like to start over with a clean install of mods.

 

What I suspect might happen currently is all these mods that have been uninstalled (like SKYRE or Ultimate combat along with many various others)

 

So is there a way to bring Skyim back to pristine with out reinstalling Skyrim? I have decided on the mods I want finally and want to install them all with no ghosts of other mods left behind.

 

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

sure, just delete all the mod/remove content from your data folder and start a new game.

mesh, texcture, scripts folder: all esp and bsa except the skyrim and dlc ones.

Then open Steam and verify the integrity of the game cache, just in case you deleted something important.

Forgot to ask, I have tried some combat mods does doing the above get rid of these and set back to default Skyrim as well? It seems like they are still there and affecting the combat.

Disable/delete the .esp files and they should stop taking effect. You might want to check if there are extra requirements for uninstalling some of them though.
