I have no experience with making or editing mods only activating them in Oblivion Mod Manager. The Mod is- You Have My Ear by MethodicMockingbird http://oblivion.nexusmods.com/mods/42484//? I'm not sure exactly how that one is constructed, so you might have to change some scripts, along with dialog stuff. Its not hard, but you have to know what you are doing first.
